Great Vacation

This home was perfect for our group of 14! The pool was a huge hit with our kids age 1 1/2 to 15. The home itself was nice location, on the corner and no neighbors behind the home. It was monitored by security and quiet. The common areas were a little “tight” when we were all together but still we for comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful new house in gated community in Miramar Beach. Great location, walk to the beach. Just a short golf cart ride to a few good restaurants. Only a short ride to Ground Boulevard. House could use another refrigerator in the garage, some extra blankets, beach towels, & a dish rack.

Fantastic

We stayed for 4 nights. Wish we could have stayed longer however. The house exceeded our expectations. House is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. House was clean, full of the essentials, and ready to serve. The private pool was outstanding. Cons: needed more time there!!

Great for families

The house came as advertised. A lot of room for everyone. Pool was heated, and the kids enjoyed it tremendously. The patio furniture had a few pieces that are on there last legs. The golf cart worked fine for us, an added bonus!

Maintenance and rental property were superb!

The home was beautiful. We went when it was cold so the pipes busted and we were without water 1/2 a day which gave my family more bonding time. The maintenance crew were superb! we called they came as soon as they could.

Great house, clean, roomy bedrooms, tight kitchen for the big house. Not walkable to beach. But great neighborhood/area to stroll around. Had trouble getting the code to golf cart, but once few phone calls made, we got it

Family Spring Break 2023

Our family of 14 rented this property for spring break. To my surprise, the house was more beautiful in person than the pics on line. Check in process was seamless, property was clean and the management company was quick to respond to our questions during our stay. The only con was that the living room space was a little tight for 14, having a separate family room would have been nice. I would also recommend requesting that the pool be heated upon arriving if traveling in the month of March, the evenings were a bit chilly. Overall the property was amazing and I would highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

We visited this property Spring Break Week March 16-19, 2023. From the time we stepped through the door everything was perfect and very clean. The owners are outstanding, we had a minor issue with someone on our party accidentally breaking the golf cart charger, they resolved the situation very quickly. The house was very spacious, and updated. The kids loved the pool and the grown ups enjoyed the pool table and other games. I would definitely rate this property over a 10. To the owners, I would like to thank you for a marvelous stay, we will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Overall, cute house in nice neighborhood. The house fit our large group of 16, but could not have fit one more person comfortably if we wanted to. Appliances are newer. The stove took some getting used to. Smaller than expected living room. Getting to the beach was a little hassle since there is no public access nearby, but having the golf cart was a perk!

Several things not working

We enjoyed our stay but there were several things not working in the house and it was not a 4 minute walk to the beach, it was a lot longer than that. There were 2 outlets in the kitchen that don’t work (left side of stove, end of island near bathroom). The fridge ice dispenser didn’t work. There was a black Brocken chair on the back porch, the other black chair looks weak. Someone had dumped grease from the grill in the dirt near it. That’s a mess. We tried to put some sand over it. There are a couple of places on the back right of the fence that an animal can get through. The water pressure is terrible & the living room couch has several stains on it. The majority of the bedroom doors squeak pretty bad. I know I’m being picky about things but this was a lot of money for us to spend on vacation. Overall the house is very nice, but it seems there are some details that could be addressed. The use of the golf cart was wonderful. Lori Mitchell
