Very clean and beautiful place !

It was amazing! Very kid friendly and accommodating fir all of us. I would recommend this place to everyone. The owner stayed in touch and always responded back really quick! I absolutely loved this place !

Ravens Nest is awesome

Landlord very responsive to any concerns, location was excellent, neighborhood was quiet, love the heated pool and hot tub. We might be repeat customers here!! Love Destin area as it has something for everybody.

Small pool.

We loved this house. 6 senior citizens were in this group. The layout was wonderful. A tv in all bedrooms. Lots of seating in the living room. The only complaint would be the SMALL pool. The weather did not cooperate, so we did not need it much. As great as this house is, we will book something else if it has a larger pool.

Great location

My wife and I rented this place for July 4th week and brought family with us. We were a total of 9 and we fit comfortably in the house. The pool was a good size to cool off in after a day at the beach. Everything on the listing was accurate. We rented a golf cart to ferry our group back and forth to the beach. The only issue I had was that the internet was extremely slow and a few of us had to do some work and could not use the home internet. I would say coin our group enjoyed staying in the place and I would recommend.

Great family vacation

The property was very clean. It was perfect for my family. My 4 yr old grandson loved the small pool. Lots of room in the kitchen to cook meals. Close to the beach. The dryer had a vent issue and Mary responded right away and got the issue resolved.

Sunny days and ocean waves !!!

Ravens Nest was absolutely perfect. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable to sleep on. Chairs, umbrella, and beach and pool accessories were a plus. Our GPS sent us to the wrong gate and Mary answered our phone call right away and got us headed in the right direction and called back to make sure we made it ok. She was very helpful through the whole rental process. I highly recommend staying here if you are coming to this area. A++

Great place. We loved the pool and hot tub especially when it was cooler out. The property manager answered my questions immediately and was able to resolve any issues quickly.Great master. The other 3 rooms are smaller if you are looking for spacious rooms. Kitchen was well stocked of items. Washer and dryer so helpful and tons of toys. We would stay there again!

Fantastic beautiful beach house!!

This is a gorgeous home with a fabulous location. It was very comfortable for us and our two little yorkies who enjoyed running around the fenced in backyard while we enjoyed sitting in the pool. The boardwalk is a short drive away and was very fun to visit. Beach was very close. Loads if great restaurants close by. We would stay here again. Our host Mary was fantastic, very communicative and had us all set from beginning to end. Thanks so much.

Great stay!!

Property very clean and well-manicured. Decorated nicely and has everything you need to stay in and cook a meal, microwave, kitchen utensils, pots/pans, all-in-one coffee maker and Keurig, etc. Other items available for use include bikes, beach toys, beach chairs, wagon, highchairs, playpen, etc. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Shopping and entertainment nearby. We rented a golf cart which provided easy access to more. The pool and hot tub definitely a plus. No complaints, we would definitely stay again!!!

Great stay

We had 9 total (5 adults 4 kids) stay here for 7 days. Great location! Plenty of activities to do east and west of the house within 10 miles. Beach was 1/2 mile away. Easy to walk to. Had plenty of beach items in the garage( boogie boards, sand toys, chairs) nice but small covered back porch to relax while kids played in the pool. The pool was a little small but we didn’t care. 4 nice lounge chairs to layout on.

Great house….but a little disappointed

The house was in a very nice clean neighborhood about two blocks from the beach. it was clean and had everything as advertised. My family and I picked this house over others because it came with a small pool and a hot tub. Mainly the hot tub. Kids were ecstatic about the hot tub. The first day we went outside, and my son stuck his hand in the hot tub to fill the water and he pulled his hand out and told me. ”Daddy I felt a shock in my hand and through my body” we didn’t think nothing of it, and did not take him serious. About two hours later, we received a message from the realtor. 7:30 PM “Good evening!” “There was a little issue with the hot tub, possible loose wiring. I have a service request out for repair. Please don't use it till its inspected, I have not given me a date they can service it once they do our message you. It does run and filter but the loose wire could cause electrical current in the water if you get in it” Mary The realtor needless to say, this message could have been late and we could have had a tragic accident with my 10-year-old son😡 she told me that she was going to try to get it fixed, but did not have a date or time. at the end of the day, the hot tub would not be operable for the entire eight day trip. I asked for a refund of some sort since we picked this house over others because of the hot tub and reluctantly, all she offered was $100 total after we spent $5000 on the rental. just lucky my son is alive.

Our Vacation Oasis

I loved the property and the pool and hot tub in the backyard. I dislocated my kneecap on day one there so I wasn’t able to enjoy the beach but having the backyard tropical oasis made the trip more bearable for me!!! The kitchen is wonderfully equipped and we had everything needed to make some great meals there. I would definitely stay again!!!

Great Stay June 2022

My family of 8 which included 3 grand kids had a great stay at Ravens Nest. The house was very well maintained and the owner was very hands on, while not being disruptive, with any questions or needs as they came up. I’d highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. The property details are exactly as disproved on the websites.
