Awesome week with family! Amazing property! Very clean. Comfortable beds. Beautiful pond for everyone to fish. Beautiful pool area to relax with family. TheGolf cart was enjoyed by all! Location was in the middle of everything! We would definitely stay at thisproperty again!

Wonderful House and Property Management

Everything about this property was 5 stars!. The communication from start to departure could not have been better. We are always a little nervous when planning a trip anymore just via photos, but this property exceeded our expectations. We had a mix of family (2 over 80, 3- 20 somethings, 2- 30 somethings, 2 middle aged and 2 under 2!!!) Everyone was VERY happy with the space and privacy. I will 100% be back and look up this property!

Property was spacious & clean! Our families enjoyed easy access to the ocean using the golf cart! Our Grandchildren had a wonderful time using the pool & we used the barbecue grills several times! We had 11 in our group from 7 to 70 years old! Fun week making lots of memories!!!

Amazing Vacation Home!

This place was truly an amazing stay. As soon as my group got inside, we were astonished. The place was so clean and tidy. It had everything that we saw whenever we viewed the property online. The owners were amazing people who have helped a lot of people in Haiti. We were given some Haitian coffee and some chocolate from Dominican Republic? I believe. Overall, everything about this place was amazing. My group’s favorite thing was definitely the arcade machines that have hundreds of games. We are definitely staying here again if we have the chance!

Great house for our tennis trip!

There were 7 of us in this great house. We loved it! Plenty of space, very nice bathrooms, great kitchen. The bedrooms are wonderful! The weather wasn’t great for swimming or beach going, but it was very nice the day we arrived, and we had one great day of tennis. We would return to Seas the Day!

First Floor Patio and View

One of the highlights of the property is the open area on 1st floor, and the rear patio that faces the pond. From the patio you have direct access to pond/water and the pool. Enjoyed the view. Only drawback is that there is no bedroom on the first floor. House was nicely furnished and decorated. Large refrigerator was an asset. Had a minor problem getting one to the eyes on the range to heat and getting the oven to maintain heat when switching from one setting to another. Had turn it completely off and retry. Property management instruction also stated that thermostat should not be set lower than 70 degrees. Some family members are more accustomed to sleeping at around 68 degrees. This posed a little discomfort. 5:00 check-in time wasn't received well by some family. Overall good stay.

Amazing House

Amazing house. Very big and nice. Host was very responsive. Location of the house was ok. Just neighbors really loud and the parking was ridiculous from neighbors. Couldn’t sleep on sofa bed. Had bugs on it. Couldn’t tell if it was regular bugs or bed bugs on sofa bed. Message host and they responded very quickly.

Exceeded Expectations

We spent five nights at Seas The Day in Oct 2022, we found the home to be perfect for a large family or for several couples. We loved having the five master suites, that allowed each couple privacy and everyone commented on how nice the rooms were and how comfortable the beds were. We really appreciated having the three different Thermostats, that way we could accommodate people that like to sleep at different temperatures. I ask everyone upon leaving if there was anything that they had needed that was not supplied and everyone said no, it was all perfect. We have rented several homes but this one was by far the best supplied. Having the golf cart made it perfect, it truly is only a short ride and many of us walked to the beach in the mornings, it was only about a six minute walk and we were able to get in our exercise by walking on the beach. The community pool is really right in your backyard. I had a couple questions while there and the management company was very responsive, providing excellent service all the way through the stay. This home can easily accommodate the number they advertise, plenty of room for gathering and providing lots of privacy as well. So if you’re considering this home, don’t hesitate because it truly is everything stated. You will have a great stay.

Perfect for a getaway with the whole family

We planned this vacation with my entire family to include my husband and 2 littles, my two sisters and their families, my brother and my parents. We absolutely LOVED the property. The pool was right off of the back yard. the green eggs available allowed us to grill steaks and burgers throughout the week. There was plenty of seating for our group of 16 and beds to spare. Will definitely be back!

Perfect family vacation! The property is clean and well maintained. The house is gorgeous. The pool is cold but lovely. The barbecue area was amazing. The pond was nice. The golf cart was older but handy to drive to the beach in. The property managers were helpful and prompt. The kitchen was huge. Greatest vacation yet!!

Everything in the description of this house was accurate. There was plenty of space for our party of 16. The location of the pool in proximity to the house was perfect. The pool area was fantastic- plenty of comfortable furniture in the shade as well as lounge chairs in the sun. The house had a very well stocked kitchen. My only concern would be for any elderly or not fit people that had to get to the 3rd floor - there are a lot of steps to get all the way up there. Laundry rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors was very helpful. The golf cart was great too.

Accommodated our large group !

We arrived and everything was just as the listing said. A golf cart was huge with hauling gear to the beach. We discovered there was an Alvins in walking distance. Very easy to avoid the main “drag” traffic. We had a view hiccups and the manager was polite and helpful! It was a short walk to the beach but very beautiful and quiet at night with the pond out back. I would recommend this place.
