Overall, we had a very nice stay and found the property to be clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location and amenities met our expectations, and we appreciated the overall setup of the home.However, there was one notable discrepancy that created some inconvenience for our family. The listing advertised a guest bedroom with both a double bed and a bunk bed. When we arrived, the bunk bed had been replaced with a twin bed. Since we were traveling with four children, we had planned our sleeping arrangements based on the original listing. The change meant that our kids had to double up in ways we hadn’t anticipated.It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it would have been helpful to have accurate, up-to-date information in the listing so we could plan accordingly. I’d recommend the host update the description to reflect the current setup.Aside from this issue, we enjoyed our stay.

The sea breeze cottage

My family and I stayed at Sea Breeze Cottage for a week and we absolutely loved it. The house was clean, booking was easy and communication was excellent. The house felt like we were just at home. We had everything we needed to make home cook meals. Laundry access was great with going to the beach every day. We can’t wait to go back next year.

Cozy and short walk to beach

This cottage is in a convenient spot. The community pool is nice and the walk to the beach is easy. We stayed with our 3 adult kids and one teenage child. Plenty to do in the area and when we stayed in the cottage had everything we needed.

Great friends or family retreat

Property was well equipped, clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Kitchen was a pleasure to share the preparation of meals in and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were large and accommodating. We loved the front porch and balcony for evening relaxation. Beach directly across from community with white sand and waters as beautiful and clear as the Caribbean. Relaxing and quiet community of cottages ideal for families or friends.

Great Family Vacation!

We came down and stayed at this property since we had a family member that owns a property a couple houses down. It was such a nice gated neighborhood with a short walk to the pool/hot tub/beach. There was plenty of room for us and everything we needed to have a great Thanksgiving! We would of liked a couple pool/beach towels, but no big deal.

Perfect for 2 families

This place was great. We went with another family and it was perfect. Two rooms for the parents and one room for the kids to share. The proximity to the beach was great and made it an easy trip for us. Went every day. I would definitely recommend this location.

Wonderful Getaway!

We loved staying at the Sea Breeze Cottage and would definitely visit again! It’s so close to the beach but has the atmosphere of a quiet, secluded neighborhood. Kathy, the property manager, was so helpful with the few questions I had. The property was wonderful!

Family mini vacation

The cottage exceeded our expectations and was very comfortable for the six of us that stayed (4 adults and 2 children). We are planning on returning back next year and renting a 4 bedroom so that our other son and his family can join us.

Adorable cottage in the heart of Miramar Beach

The Sea Breeze Cottage was the perfect location for our annual girls trip. The cottage was very tastefully decorated and definitely gave a "beachy vibe". It was nice for everyone to have plenty of space to spread out. I have been coming to Miramar Beach for years, so to find a cottage that met my vacation needs was a match made in heaver. Will definitely stay at the Sea Breeze Cottage again in the future.

Convenient walk to the beach...

The cottage was a little in disarray when we arrived, but the property manager explained that the week before us all their properties were occupied, so the inspector and housekeeping crew was stretched to get everything ready for the next guests, us. I reported the issues to Kathy and hopefully the next family walked into a pleasant cottage. Last week, we enjoyed an easy walk to the beach and pool. Sitting out on the front porch for a morning cup of coffee was a great way to start the day. Also, restaurants and entertainment was convenient to us just a short drive away. As far as the property, it was beautifully decorated and easily accommodated our family's needs. We look forward to coming to this area again next year!

Great property in Miramar Beach

This is our 3rd year to stay in the Sea Breeze Cottage. It is very nicely furnished and equipped. Close to the beach and the nice Beach Retreat pool. We love having the beach set ups, and the beach attendant does a great job for Beach Retreat guests.

From kitchen to living room to dining to all the bedrooms to the laundry room everything is so well furnished that all you need to bring is your clothes, food and any special comfort things that make you feel at home. Just a great vacation experience!

We loved this property! Booking was easy, location was wonderful, unit was really clean and very well stocked. Pictures accurately reflect the property.
