Complete experience

Included more than just a big beautiful house. Bikes, beach equipment, dedicated umbrella and lounge chairs.

House needs some updating and bettter lighting. It was very dark inside the house.

Great neighborhood, poorly managed home

This house has several great features, wonderful quiet neighborhood with amazing proximity to the beach. Sadly, this home needed a major inspection before spring rental season began. Upon check in here is a list of things that were broken and not in use:Second floor toilet.MicrowaveOvenDryerFansMaintenance helped with a few ( toilet, but broke after first day fix). Table top microwave was supplied. Mid week a toaster oven was supplied. Dryer never worked unless you dried things for 2.5 cycles. We had to pivot all them meals we planned, because cooking for 11in a toaster oven wasn’t going to cut it. The neighborhood was great but our house looked abandoned. Weeds and overgrowth all over the front next to manicured lawns. The weeds were over 4ft tall on the back patio. It wasn’t the experience we were looking for on a beach vacation.

Enjoyed our stay…bikes were a HIT!!!

Great location for beach and surrounding venues. Property was clean, plenty of towels, etc. We had one maintenance call due an old door on which the door jammed and it wouldn’t lock. Batteries in the garage opener were dead. One phone call and the problems were immediately repaired. However, there were several light bulbs out or missing. Overall, the place was great, but a better walk through of the facility for little updates and up keep is warranted.

Good place

House was nice good location. Needs to updated furniture etc. water has no pressure in showers. Take long time to get warm on both upper floors. But nice other wise.

Clean and well equipped. Parking was a challenge, fullsized pickup does not fit in the garage and the communal spots out gront are generally occupied.

Great location and home!

We had everything needed for stat. Home was beautiful and located within walking distance to beach. Chairs and umbrella were setup for us at the beach daily! Access to bikes and pool provided extra fun. I would definitely book again!!

Just a Walk Away

Sunset at Miramar was a great property for our family vacation. The brief walk to the beach was easy with (2) two year old's and two other kids. Having a set of chairs and an umbrella was an added perk. The property itself was very clean and just the right size for our family. We had a total of 6 adults and four kids during our stay. The middle floor did stay the coolest through out the day and night. We did not have any issue with temp on the third floor, which is where my wife and I stayed. We had to call the property management company a couple times, but they were very accommodating and responsive. They had all issues fixed within 24 hours, if they were able to do so. Overall our family enjoyed the property thoroughly and would stay again in the future.

Great property and great location.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset at Miramar property. So close to the beach, shopping and grocery store. We loved the bicycles provided. Five Star Properties checked with us via telephone several times to make sure we didn’t need anything or have any questions. We had a small issue with the dryer but they sent someone right out to fix the issue. Would definitely rent from Five Star Properties again. They exceeded our expectations.

Amazing home in Miramar Beach

This house is amazing. It was spacious, immaculate. The home is beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is nice and gated- we felt very safe. It was 10 of us and we had plenty of room. The master bedroom is everything!!!!! We were able to sit and enjoy the courtyard too. I plan to rent it again next year.

Nice Place

The location is great. So close to the beach and it is in a quiet neighborhood. Several stores and restaurants very close by. The TV's in the living room, 1st floor bedroom, and 3rd floor bedroom didn't work. We called maintenance and they came out before the end of the day. They were able to fix the TV's in the 1st floor bedroom and 3rd floor bedroom, but the living room couldn't be fixed. We never saw them again during our stay to replace the living room TV. We took the bikes out for a ride and the pedal/crank fell off 1 of the bikes. It was unusable the rest of the vacation.

Nice Home / TV Issue

Overall the home is very nice with a beautiful master bedroom/bath. But there is one item that caused somewhat of a headache for everyone on this trip and that was the TV downstairs in the living room. It clearly is no longer usable and just needs to be replaced. It would turn on randomly with loud blaring sound or just cut off without anyone even touching the remote. Although we were out of the house for a good amount of the time enjoying the sites I have to say 2:00am or 3:00am hearing it go on and off all night or trying to watch anything on TV really became a issue. Otherwise the home was very clean and inviting. I will also note if you are planning on cooking bring all your spices! The home doesn't or didn't at the time of our visit have any items of that nature. Also note, there only a regular coffee pot - no Kurig.

Wonderful Vacation

Did have an issue with the dryer not drying but other than that nothing negative I can say about Sunset at Miramar! This property was very nice. The pictures don’t fully do it justice. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and would also stay again myself!!!

Nice place

Place was nice. Would be nice to have a pool or hot tub in back yard but overall nice place. Would like to be able to get into property early if all the cleaning etc is done.
