Location to the beach was the best feature. Both mattresses in the master bedrooms need to be replaced, very worn and uncomfortable. Bathrooms should be renovated as they are dated and bring the house down from luxury status. Also furniture in main room should be more comfortable. My wife sat in a chair on the front porch and it collapsed. Old and falling apart.

This is a beautiful property with all necessary amenities. Location was amazing! Beach access was steps away. House was beautifully decorated. Check-in was easy, the pool was small, however, perfect for the children in our party. I took my family of 9 to this home for a week and it did not disappoint!

Great House & Location

We had a wonderful family vacation with all the kids and grandkids! The house was very comfortable and we had everything that we needed. The communucation with the host was very easy and responsive. The plunge pool was a great amenity to have, also the excursions and umbrella & chair set up were loved by all!! No complaints whatsoever!

Amazing

We booked a much needed family vacation (my husband and I and our 4 adult children). Home is beautiful and right on the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided everyday were awesome! Also appreciated the house came with beach towels. If I'm being honest though - I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness as the showers all had mold and the sofa and ottomans were stained/dirty. With that being said I would still recommend.

Wonderful Week of Rest and Play!

Our Family had a great week of Just relaxing by the beach and play. We loved the house and its location. Great space and layout for us to enjoy family time together and then when We needed Rest, relaxation and time away, we had plenty of space to go do so in separate areas of the house. Great get a way and lovely home. Will be happy to come stay at this beautiful home in the future. Thanks!

Beautiful place, beautiful view.

Our stay was amazing! The view was breathtaking. The location was great, not in town but close enough to everything we needed. The home was beautifully decorated. The bunk room was a hit for the children. The king bedrooms each had their own bathrooms which was so convenient. The pool was heated just enough to enjoy even on the chillier days. Overall we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Buckingham Family Vacation 2024

overall we truly enjoyed the property. Location was a huge plus for us as we have small gbabies and with it being right on the beach with a pool made things easy when it was nap time. I was a bit disappointed in that the pictures online didn't match the furnishings when we arrived. Having no rugs made it very loud when everyone was inside. The couch had a 2X4 holding it up in the center and was kinda stained. We requested the pool to be heated when we arrived, it wasn't, but management responded very promptly to address, huge plus! The ceiling in the living room/kitchen had a leak that was pretty bad and not pleasant to look at. LOVED the beach chairs and umbrella setup for us each day. For as many people as the house sleeps it really needs another refrigerator. Overall, our family had a wonderful time together. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful home!

This home is beautiful & right on the beach. The kitchen was impressive. It was fully stocked with cookware, bakeware & a deepfryer. The beds we’re comfortable. The bathrooms were nice. The outdoor pool was perfect for the little ones. An easy walk to Pompeno Joes, coffee shop & an ice cream place. We would love to stay here again in the future.

A wonderful week!

We love this property! We have been to destin many times and this has been our favorite house yet! Beautiful property, right on the beach, equipped with whatever you need! The kids loved the heated outdoor pool! We had one question when we got there and the management company came right away and showed us! We WILL BE BACK AGAIN!

Best Spring Break Ever

Summer Sunset is a beautiful home filled with anything and everything you would want in a vacation getaway. The owners left nothing to chance. From beach towels, to anything you would need to cook a just about anything you might want, to the most comfortable beds, even the bunkbeds, also there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out or enjoy their quiet time. The location is breathtaking and so relaxing. We all enjoyed every minute of our vacation so much so that I have booked the house again in May and rebooked the house again for next years spring break. Thank you for making our Spring Break one we will always remember.

Great for family get togethers

We had a great time. There were 16 in our group. Ages 6 to 70. We had plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. Most of the houses we rent have elevators. This was the one thing that was hard on the grandparents was no Elevator, the Master was on the second floor and they had a hard time taking their luggage up the stairs the first day and climbing the stairs several times a day the rest of the week. But it was a great house to stay in and we had a really good Thanksgiving. I guess the added activity of climbing the stairs was probably good for them but they didn't like it.
