The house was absolutely fantastic. The location is close to everything needed, and being beachfront with a short walk to the gazebo makes beach access a breeze. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 11 kids in the house and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Comfortable, well appointed home with comfortable beds! The balconies were perfect for enjoying the beautiful ocean view, and we enjoyed the pool as an alternative to swimming in the ocean. The host was very responsive to all our needs

This property was beautiful and absolutely perfect for us in every way! From the views from the balconies to layout and spaciousness of the rooms-we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The elevator was the frosting on the cake as we were an all-women party so we had some luggage lol. We will definitely stay here again in the future-10 out of 10!

The property is amazing and in a great location. You're right on the beach and in a gated community, so it's really quiet, but you're close to grocery stores and the outlet malls.We loved that 2 umbrellas and 4 beach chairs came set up on the beach for our use. We just added to that as we had twelve people. There were pleanty of pots and pans, plates, bowls, glasses. We did need to run out for salt and pepper and other seasonings and some ziplock bags. They did tell us there was a starter kit for all the bathrooms, I didn't pay close attention to the size, super small products so we did need to run and get some shampoo and conditioner and body wash. But loved having a bathroom connected to each bedroom. Pleanty of towels and beach towels. Beautiful place and great location.

Improving the experience

I have only two complaints. The main floor living space has furniture that is filthy. Needs some kind of cover than can be washed. Also I was asked to lift and move in 10 heavy boxes for the next guest. Having boxes delivered before your stay should not be allowed.

Immaculate Home and Great Location!

10 couples in 60's stayed at this amazing home. We each had our own bathroom with walk in showers. This home is right on the beautiful white sand beach of Miramar. Perfect location for morning beach walks, sunrises and amazing sunsets from one of the 3 decks on the ocean side and also close to many great restaurants. We rented scooters for a fun day of exploring and also rented the golf cart in the garage, a must to get groceries and take quick trips down Scenic Gulf Drive. This home was amazing and would recommend to everyone!!

A glorious home to celebrate my 70th bday!!!

I was lucky enough to throw myself a little 70th bday celebration and selected 16 Sunsets for our stay. I had 7 friends attend the first week and then 8 family members the second week. The home is so perfect for us older gals not wanting to share beds….there was plenty of room. My family week included my 15 month old granddaughter—her first time to touch the ocean and play in the sand….and the weird part was it was also her first time see snow!!! There was 4/6 inches, snowmen n the beach! I was very happy I paid for the pool to be heated —very entertaining for toddler!! This placed matched the pictures and lived up to my expectations. You won’t regret it! Management was very responsive as well!!!

Huge disappointment!

The location of this home is beautiful, the beaches are clean and the views from the deck are outstanding! With that being said, did not receive a personal greeting nor welcome gift from anyone! We were extremely disappointed with living room furniture as the couch needs to be replaced (dirty with torn cushions) had to call to get extra flat sheets to cover. Chair had broken leg in dining room, the Kitchen is not a stocked kitchen! The cookware needs to be replaced (pots and pans were teflon and were scratched, peeling and bent). Several cabinets were actually empty and found only 6 coffee mugs. (had to take turns drinking our coffee in the morning!) As a result we ended up eating out for most of our meals which was a major disappointment and added expense. The bathroom showers did not drain properly. The property area seems to be secure, although the first evening we heard our door opened on the first floor and were shocked to find a strange man in our home looking around the first floor. He claimed he was "lost" and entered the wrong home. That evening an alarm went off between our home and the next door neighbor home. Someone entered through the gate at 11:30 pm after we went to bed. (a little concerning after seeing the stranger in our home!) After that we need to be sure all doors were locked at all times. The complimentary VIP is a joke, events were all booked with no availability! Loved the Destin area, but would not stay in this home again!

Great location and accommodations

House is roomy, clean and well appointed. Everyone I dealt with was efficient and responsive. Access to beach, groceries and restaurants unbeatable. Highly recommend. Our group of 9 adults and two kids really enjoyed. My only suggestion would be to have extra blankets for beds available in fall/winter or access to thermostat….our last day was cold and the house became quite chilly. Bedtime and early morning.departure was “invigorating “ that evening and morning but we all put on our extra layers and all was well.

Memories to last a lifetime

We gifted my Mother this family vacation at your beautiful home for our entire family of 10. It was fantastic! The ocean view was amazing! The three levels provided ample room and privacy when needed with large spaces for everyone to gather! We rented the golf cart as well and it was very handy for running errands and nearby restaurants. The chair service was great, the elevator was a game changer for luggage, groceries and my mother's husband who utilizes a walker. Very well appointed. We had originally booked family pictures with a photographer at Henderson State Park, but upon seeing the beach, the gazebo and the lawn, we chose to do pictures conveniently at Sixteen Sunsets. Location was fantastic and convenient for grocery, restaurants, and coffee shops. We had two tiny issues - pool pump was not operational and the hose nozzle for the outdoor hose was not working. Both were fixed immediately - and I mean within an hour or so of texting and they also threw in a bottle of wine "for our inconvenience" of which there really was none. I would definitely recommend and book again!

Perfect multifamily vacation

This house was perfect for our multi family vacation! The plunge pool was perfect for littles, direct access to beach, two living spaces, two ice makers and double refrigerators were all great features!

Better than expected

the check in process was easy. Everyone in our group was pleasantly surprised at first sight of the interior of the house. I was credited for booking the perfect home for our group, but it was really the house that was impressive. We enjoyed our stay and the easy access to the beach. Walmart was nearby so we shopped and cooked in the beautiful kitchen. Gas stove was a huge plus for all the cooking we did. The outdoor grill could be a bit bigger for all of us, and I suggested that to the management. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed each and every room and the beautiful view all day and the evening sunset was spectacular.

Beautiful home

Home was beautiful and well kept. Very clean. Enough towels for bathing and for the beach. We’re disappointed when the promised beach chairs and umbrellas were not set up for us at the beach. When finally resolved the chairs and umbrellas were not in front of the house as expected but further down the beach making the walk difficult in the thick (but beautiful) sand. We called Destin Dreamers to discuss the problem. We didn’t receive any personal communication. Other than that the stay was perfect. We loved the little extras like the beach towels, the explorie excursions.

Great place for family vacation

Had our extended family together and had a great time at the beach with the grandchildren. The beachfront location was great. The house was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. There were allot of beach chairs that previous gusts had left, in addition to the chairs provided by Destin Dreamers.

Absolutely amazing

Thank you for one of the best family vacations to date! The house was just as described. We had everything we could have needed and located right across the street from Winn Dixie, so stocking up on food for the week was a breeze. The staff was super responsive to correct small maintenance issues and the repairs were made by the nicest guys. We have found our forever family vacation home for the Gulf 💗
