House was clean and very nice! Having the golf cart included was an amazing addition. The entire resort area was so nice and convenient, we hardly ever left the area or needed to go anywhere that we couldn’t get to by golf cart! Hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with!

Wonderful stay

We had a great beach vacation staying at this townhome! Everything was provided and clean. The golf cart was so much fun also! We drove it to the beach access point and around Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf. It is also close to restaurants and shops that you can take the golf cart to. Thankfully we didn’t need to communicate with the property management company, but they sent all the contact info at check in. I would definitely stay at this property again.

A Clean, Quiet Retreat

Loved this getaway! There's a reason for the high rating! It was very easy to communicate with the property manager and the convenience of the location (and golf cart) was 10/10.Only downfall of it being an older rental is the mattresses are getting older. Makes for great lounging but your back might be hurting. You can feel the springs in the bottom bunk mattress. Also, bring blankets if you like to be cozy!

Excellent! Will star here again!

The condo was very clean and just as described. The location was perfect and the golf cart was an added bonus to get to the beach, restaurants, Publix, and shopping at Grand Boulevard. Our 14 year old loved being able to walk out the back and fish in the lake. Would stay here again.

Excellent location. Short walk to beach & Market Shops. Golf cart makes it nice to run over to Baytowne, Grand Boulevard & Publix. Condo has everything you need for your stay.

Maintenance and golf cart

The patio door was not locking, the maintenance man looked at us like if we were stupid and didnt know how to operate the lock, 30 minutes later, he finally figured it out how to fix it. Safery concern. The golf cart was not charged by the time we checked in, checked in. If previuos guest leave at 10am and we check in at 4pm, the golf cart shoulsnt have been dead. The gold cart was in pretty bad shape, good thing we own one and know to to operate it, but the revwrse button and doesn't wprk! The seats need refurbished

Great Location

We had a great time with our stay at this rental. Although there are a few things that should be improved. New mattresses for all beds, they are dated and worn out. Extra blankets for both bed rooms. There needs to be a fan in the spare bedroom (my daughter and her friends were hot!) The grout in the master bath needs to be fixed. My baby kept picking up pieces and putting it in her mouth. The golf cart was convenient although the battery gage is not accurate. Overall, good time.

Wonderful !!!

Clean, excellent location. Sandestin is just a perfect place. We had a little issue with the golf cart, called the manager and they solved the problem very fast. Mattress in both rooms could be better. We definitely had a good time and would go back for sure.

Perfect getaway

Very nice condo. This place was very clean and exactly as advertised. We loved the area and the golf car made it so much fun. The hostess was also very responsive and helpful. Check in was also easy. Most memorable, thanks for a great stay.

Great beach vacation

We loved that this condo was a short golf cart ride to the beach and Baytowne Wharf. It was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. It also has a lovely view from the back porch. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay and vacation home was nice. My 5 year old loved riding the golf cart to the beach. The property staff are very responsive if you have any questions or issues. Only thing we would’ve appreciated to know was that there is no reserved parking for the condo. It would be nice though if people whose staying at the condo can at least have 2 reserved spots for 1 car & golf cart. Otherwise, wonderful place & great family friendly community.

Wonderful place!

We had a great time! The view out the back is pretty. We all enjoyed the golf cart. The beach is a close drive on the golf cart. Baytowne Wharf is fun also. House was nice and clean and had what we needed. Thank you!

Amazing villa and perfect location!

We loved our stay here! First, the villa itself is clean and perfect for our family. The backyard view was so relaxing and a nice respite after a long day at the beach. The short golf cart drive to the beach, wharf, restaurants, and Publix was fun and so much less stressful than dealing with traffic on 98. Communication with the property management was super easy. We are very happy we chose 5185 and would love to stay here again next year!

Perfect place to stay at San Destin

This is our 2nd summer staying at San Destin and this location was awesome. From the aesthetic of the design to the golf cart, everything was quality and the communication with the property owners were first class. Definitely staying there again.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our small family! Having the golf cart made everything so accessible to us. The home had everything we needed! The only thing I wish it had was a safety gate for the stairs for small children. But other than that the place was awesome and we had a wonderful time!
