Simply Perfect
The simplicity of this property fit our needs perfectly. Everything is exactly as listed. Communication ahead of our trip was very thorough. The proximity was close enough to the beach that it wasnt a chore to get set up each day. Being the end unit, there was some territorial tensions the first day with the neighboring property. We were lucky that our numbers combined with those of the lower unit were not any greater in number so that we were not on top of each other but it was tighter than we expected. We prefer the private beach/smaller property beach to the high rises and are willing to pay a higher cost to have that space. Our experience may be an outlier, but knowing it is a shared unit beach space and exactly where (in reference to the unit) is helpful. The property sits much closer to the street than other places we have stayed so the late night noise and cart traffic was more than expected. Being directly across from a convenience store probably accounted for most of that but it is present nonetheless. We loved the fact that we could be at any number of restaurants within 10 minutes. Overall, we had a wonderful time.We will definitely consider this property again in the future.
