This was our second time staying at Sticks in the Sand, and I'm so glad we did. You can't ask for a better view. The private beach gave us plenty of room instead of being overcrowded on the public beaches. We were close to restaurants and shopping. 10/10 for my family.

Right on the beach

We had a very nice stay. Our family loved being just steps from the sand. Even though it was spring break it was not crowded felt very private. The townhome was a bit dated but had what we needed and the owner was easy to get in touch with. We were able to walk to several olaces for breakfast and dinner which was nice.

Can't beat the location!

Our stay at Sticks in the Sand was fantastic! Check-in was seamless, and the owner was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. When we encountered an issue with the stairwell light, it was promptly replaced, which we really appreciated. The best part was being directly on the beach—it made for a truly relaxing getaway. The condo's layout was perfect for two couples, offering plenty of space and comfort. Plus, the value for the price was great, making it an even better experience. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Great Vaca

This is a great location. We had a great time here. The kitchen looks to have been renovated recently. The outside on the beach side is a little aged but but a great place to sit and enjoy the evening air and sound of the waves crashing against the shore. It is a AWESOME location and with it being a private beach it is not crowded. I recommend this place.

PERFECT LOCATION

Fantastic location! Could use a little updating but being about 20 yards from the water's edge really made up for that. Owner was very responsive to the questions and requests we had during our stay. Parking is TIGHT; think about bringing a smaller vehicle if at all possible.

This listing was exactly what we were looking for when booking a trip to the beach! Condo was clean, looked exactly like the pictures, private beach access, and the communication with the owners was great. Perfect for our family! Can’t wait to visit again!

Very happy!

Just as described - on the beach with a beautiful view! Comfy and roomy. We were on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the townhouse, you would need to keep that in mind if someone in the party has trouble with navigating due to the steps. Parking was right at the door. We brought our own chairs and it was so nice to have a deck to leave them on each day. Being a private beach was wonderful too! The only other people we saw were those walking the beach and our next door neighbors.....loved the small crowd. Early morning and late evening was almost like you had a beach of your own!
