Great location close to many restaurants, shopping areas, beach was just at the back door of complex. Only hiccup was the water was shut off for a substantial amount of time due to repairs. Views were amazing from balcony, pool was good, grilling stations were nice.

Amazing Family Vaca

This property was perfect for our 6 person family! There was plenty of space for everyone and the condo was well equipped with all we needed. The views are spectacular and the private beach was perfect! We would definitely stay here again! Side note: The tennis courts are currently being renovated so no tennis or pickleball right now, but I’m sure it will be amazing when it’s done! Plenty of other things to do :)

Stellar location, and even better consideration for guest details!

Easy walking access to private beach for the complex (and the umbrella and care service was very appreciated!). This property has views from floor to ceiling windows, two balconies, and everything you need inside. It was clear that thought had been put into the quality of the appliances, for example. Additionally, there were a number of beach supplies, such as boogie boards and beach toys. I also specifically noticed the choice of power strips as great for visitors- plentiful, space saving (meant that I didn't have to crawl around behind furniture!), and had all of the plugs we needed. Definitely set up for a family of four (queen in bedroom & two twin beds in other), includes two bathrooms, but the couch is so comfortable (check the corner cushion- perfect for curling up with your book). All instructions about property use and expectations upon departure were clear and easy to follow. Any questions that I had were more than promptly answered. Definitely would stay here again!

Great fall getaway

Couples for a golf trip. Weather held although some partly cloudy. Even got some beach (direct access from property) and pool (1 heated) time. Condo worked well for 2 couples! Plenty of zoned seating for relaxing, games, dining, etc. Decks on 2 sides and up high with great views! Would stay again! eating etc.seating for

Miramar Beach

Unit location was excellent. The third tower and its elevator were adjacent to the guest parking lot. This made unloading of "your stuff' easier. It also was a short walk to the beach. The unit is adjacent to the elevator. The corridor from the elevator to the unit's front door is not shared with other units. This allows for storage of wet/sandy items from the beach outside of the door to the unit. That was very handy. The shower and sink drains all worked well in the unit. That surprised me since a lot of sandy must get washed down these drains. Appliances plus washer and dryer all worked well. Even the ice maker worked very, very well. The unit had two balconies. There was always a balcony in the shade, The view of the gulf was excellent. The smart TV in the living room was great. It was very large and it was easy to access my Netflex and UtubeTV accounts. The unit came with two beach chairs/umbrella that were setup for you daily on the beach. It made going to the beach so much easier since you did not have to carry all that stuff to the beach. Communication with the host was excellent. We only had one minor issue, but the host took care of it and the issue was resolved immediately. Definitely, would stay there again!

Oh the views

I chose this Mainsail unit for the every-angle views I knew it would have (from previous experience in the condo above it). Everything else: the comfortable beds and other furniture, cleanliness, security, etc. were one bonus on another. A relaxing, enjoyable time!! Thank you!!

Picture was misleading

The main picture used for this property showing immediate proximity to the water/beach made me think the condo was on the beach end of the building with a balcony right over the beach. It was actually two long buildings back and on the opposite end of the second building overlooking the tennis courts and parking garage. Our view was away from the beach toward a shopping area. The balcony used for the picture was very small with a distant beach view over pass many other condos with about two hours of sun in the morning back in a corner. I had looked forward to sitting on the balcony in the sun, reading and enjoying the beach/ water view. Disappointed!

Short relaxing time

Overall, we enjoyed the stay at the condo. We liked that it was quiet and there was a private entrance with security. We loved the private beach aspect; it was a holiday weekend, and it did not seem overcrowded. I gave the accuracy of listing 4 stars due to the fact that the 1st picture has been manipulated to seem like you are right on the water, you are not. It is still an ocean view, but it is not that close. The rest of the condo was accurate. Overall, the condo was really clean except for the last evening, the water was slow going down in the 2nd bathroom, so I removed the drain and a huge wad of hair came with it. No one had used that shower with long hair, so it had to of been from another renter. I do know that is not the landlord's fault though, but it was still gross. I recommend staying here and we will probably book this room again if we visit this beach again.
