Unique and wildly popular stained concrete floors guide you through comfortable bedrooms with palm tree decors. And the first level features a movie room with a plasma T.V and a bar with chilled wine racks. An open kitchen of stainless steel, granite, and chocolate washed cabinets extends out to designer suede couches and dining for 17. Large windows let sunlight flood the room, and a furnished balcony with a grill makes entertaining guests so enjoyable. Home has colossal master suite with private balcony. A granite bar with yet another chilled wine rack lets you enjoy a glass of your favorite wine as you watch the sunset. Walls the shade of the sky on a summery day and warm carved wood furnishings instantly calm you. The bathroom is also stunning with his and her vanities, a glass walk in shower and travertine tile throughout. And the Jacuzzi tub is spectacular, surrounded by columns and a picture window overlooking Destin’s lovely tree line. During Spring and Summer this home requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. Any other time we require a 4-night minimum stay. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

There is a private elevator on site for your use. You must abide the rules in the rental agreement to use the elevator. Included in your total is a fee charged for the use of the elevator.

This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.
