Family Spring Break

The home is exactly as the pictures present it. It was spotless and everything felt brand new. The appliances were new and the refrigerator was enormous. The community pool is literally 10 steps away and is not your normal community pool. But very well maintained with flat screen tvs and grilles for smoking and grilling. The location is perfect as you are a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were in the middle of destin and Seaside so either direction were fun things to do. The golf cart and bikes were also huge plusses. We will definitely be coming back to Destin and renting here again.

Great home for our family!

Our family had a great time at this home! We would definitely recommend it! The host was very responsive and compassionate towards any questions or concerns during our stay and the house was clean upon arrival! Our only recommendation would be more outdoor chairs or seating for the patios!

Great place for family

This is property is a short walk to the beach. Great access to the pool across the road which was awesome for the kids. The property was clean appon arrival and was able to accommodate a check in request. Overall was great place to stay and I would recommend to family and friends.

Amazing!!

House was stunningly beautiful and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was absolutely perfect, close to the beach but secluded. Since the neighborhood does not have a through street it felt very quiet which is something we really liked at the end of the day. Pool area was the kiddos favorite and very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Location in Destin

The home was true to the pictures online. The beach is a few minutes away. Kitchen is well equipped. Golf cart needs some updates like seatbelts difficult to open and close. Living room couch dirty and cushions are very thin. Replace with expanded seating. Overall, very pleasant stay and nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay again. Bedrooms are very comfortable.

Awesome Couples Trip!

This home was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the game room and the community pool is directly across from the property. The host even dropped off a bottle of wine, which was great. Only complaint is, a new sofa is needed in the living room. When you sit down it sinks so low it was uncomfortable. Overall we had great vacation.

Silver Sands Wins Gold!

Destin Dreamers was a delight to rent from, excellent communication and very helpful. The house was clean, the sheets and towels were soft, the kitchen was well stocked, and the electronics were modern and convenient. So many thoughtful touches to make it feel like home. Lots of privacy with the third floor bedrooms. The second floor is perfect for parents and kids—lots of bunks! A bit of a long walk to the beach so the golf cart was well appreciated. Highly recommend!

Perfect home for a large group

This properly is perfect for a large group. The house is fully equipped for cooking, cleaning, and the beach! We had a group of 12 with ages 1-3 all the way up to 65. Plenty of room for everyone and so much fun for the kids and adults with games everywhere! We will be back

We had a blast!

This property was great!! Golf cart makes it a perfect place to stay. We were always able to find a parking spot at the beach and it was such a life saver back and forth with the kids and multiple families. Restaurants, gas station, grocery, shops are all right there. The house is beautiful with everything you need. They even had a few beach chairs, towels, toys, and umbrella!

Lovely Destin Retreat

We had 12 guests. Our hosts were very responsive to our inquiries and made sure we had enough bath & beach towels. The little extras were awesome. The house is new, clean and well stocked. We left some puzzles for future guests!

Great place

Pretty much as advertised. Perfect for large families, tons of space to put people and never feels crowded. Amenities were also great (pool, golf cart, etc). There were some of the cool perks that didn't work. Both video game systems were broken and the pool table was a little wonky, but good for kids. Overall a great place to stay - onsite concierge was super responsive, excellent service.

Very impressive Home!

We loved our stay. Check-in and Check-out could not have been easier. Even though the pictures are impressive, this home is actually more impressive in person. I highly recommend this unit and we will definitely be coming back!

Happy Family

My family and I were a little skeptical about booking a vacation during the time that Covid-19 numbers were at a rising high. We decided to take a big chance and book our family vacation anyway. This particular beach house caught the eye of one of my daughters and we were all drawn to the pictures of the house and it’s descriptions online about all the bedrooms, bathrooms and game room. When we got to house we were all amazed that it was gorgeous just like the pictures. The communication with the managers made it easy to book the reservation and they also communicated with me on when and how to check-in. My whole family enjoyed our stay and the golf cart was also a big hit. It made it easy for us to get back and forth to the beach without having to use our own vehicles. We have already decided that we would like to come back to this same beach house next year.

Perfect

We knew we’d spend a lot of time at the house because we had kids with us, and this house was perfect. There’s separation of space so couples and families had their own areas, the kids had an area to play, and the big beautiful kitchen was perfect for games and drinking. We had a few questions upon arrival and the property manager was extremely available for us. Highly recommend staying! We would definitely look forward to staying again.
