We had a wonderful relaxing weekend stay. We were within walking distance to the beach if it wasn’t so hot! The house was great. Every area was clean except for the snack tray in the living room, very small detail, not a deal breaker. Each bedroom was as pictured large and the beds were comfortable. I was expecting the second floor bedroom to have a private bathroom also. The kitchen had enough utensils for the little cooking we did. The living area was comfortable for all five of us to watch movies together. I did not have to call the manager for anything. I give 10/10. We will be booking here again.

Moms and Daughters Get Away

This property was so spacious and walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed having a room and bathroom for each family. We loved having beach chairs to take to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Destination wedding

Rented this townhouse for a lot of family and friends for my daughter’s wedding. The location is just ok- you need a golf cart to get around or a vehicle. We had both to make it easier. The house was decorated nice updated and clean. The only problem we had was if everyone is taking showers you run out of hot water, the ice maker never made ice and the tv in living room is crooked but other than that it is a lovely place for a large group. And needs a updated coffee maker with a timer to set for morning coffee.

Family Trip to Destin

The Driftwood property was very nice! It was within walking distance of the beach. Had plenty of beds and bathrooms for a big family group. We had a full kitchen which was great for meals. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!

Townhouse near beach

Very nice place and walking distance to beach. They need outdoor chairs to sit on porch or balcony. Had to go to pool to sit outside. Not very convenient.

Golf vacation

Very nice accommodations. There were four of us adult golfers, so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, although one of the bedrooms is outfitted with bunk beds. It worked. Be aware that there are eighteen steps to climb to get from the entryway to the main (kitchen, living room) floor, and a similar flight of steps to get to the third floor bedrooms (2). The unit was clean and well equipped for preparing meals, which we did on a couple of nights. The only item that was on our wishlist was that there are two tub/shower combos that could each use a grab bar for when stepping in and out of the tub. We would definitely stay there again.

Christmas Vaca

The water had an unbearable smell the first night. Maintenance finally came the next day to inform us that the property had not been occupied since August and to leave the water running for a while. This cleared things up! I did not receive a check in email prior to arriving which sent me into a panic. Management was on top of things as soon as I alerted them. Also, it would have been nice to have a couple of chairs on the balcony. Chairs at kitchen table were not as pictured. We had metal stools. Toilets took turns on when they wanted to flush. All in all, it’s a nice property especially for large groups.

Nice place. You can tell it’s been rented before but it is in great shape. Very well equipped in the kitchen. We did not have to pull out supplies we brought. It is a quiet condo. No problems with the condo we recommend it. However, who owns it? We dealt with three different companies so it was hard to tell who was

Great location & beautiful home.

The booking was super easy as well as the check in. Our stay was very enjoyable, the house looks new and clean. Linens and towels were so clean and smelled sooo good. The house smells so pleasant that we commented that the first night. The wagon with beach chairs was very convenient, thank you for thinking of that. The only thing I didn't love was the queen bed in the 3rd floor and the fact that we could hear the ceiling fan from the bedroom below us. I would recommend this property and I would consider it for our next vacation.

Overall Great Vacation

I read all the reviews so my expectations were set. Things I found accurate; kitchen is short of supplies, there are 2 sets of stairs and no blinds or dead bolt on main level room with the bunk beds, cart with 4 chairs in garage is the only “extra”accessory, there are 2 added blankets in the living room TV console (the 3rd floor gets nice and chilly). You need extra trash bags, toilet paper, etc. The home has plenty of space and would sleep 11 comfortably (we had 9) but 2 trash bags would clearly not be enough for that many people. The check-out instructions include to throw out any extra pool/beach supplies. I found a neighbor to give those to. When you walk into the home there is a set of stairs where you can go up to the living room, kitchen, queen bedroom and hall bath or, upon entry, you can go to the main level room (with bunk beds) you’ll also find the garage door, a bathroom and laundry. Anyone who can’t walk up stairs would need to stay in the bunk bed room and would not have access to the living or kitchen. From the living room level, you can access the 3rd floor to the primary bedroom with lovely primary bath and the other queen bedroom with private bath. I’d recommend a golf cart for an easier commute to the beach but it is walking distance within 5 minutes. We walked to Pompano Joe’s in 7 minutes. It stormed every day but we still had a great time. Definitely great space (offering privacy) a larger family/guests. Communication with management was perfect.
