The hot tub needed cleaning. In the master bedroom, the entry door and bathroom door does not lock. The owners of property on Tango Mar should have the road paved. Otherwise we had a great stay.

We loved our stay at this house!! Lots of things to do, the house was comfortable and perfect for our group of 15. Kitchen was sufficient for making meals and gathering around. Property manager was very responsive to questions/issues.

Spacious, clean, gorgeous home! Fully stocked kitchen, room for 3 SUV’s and a couple smaller cars, large bedrooms, plenty of room at the pool and the views from the balconies and porch were amazing! Definitely a fantastic place to stay with family!

The mold/mildew smell hits you as soon as you walk in. We figured it had been shut up and would dissipate. It did not. We both got sick. I rented house because of the elevator. It didn’t work. The master bedroom doors didn’t fully close as they were broken. Hot water heater is going out as I took Luke warm showers. (There were only 2 of us). All the dishes and pots and pans were dirty. We had to rewash everything before we used it. Asked for pool heat. It didn’t happen. It’s beachfront that’s the only positive.

Would have given a much better rating had it not been for many maintenance issues. Maintenance people showed up every day of our stay without advance notice. First it was a door issue the evening of our arrival. It was unsettling to have someone just show up without prior notice to fix a problem that we knew nothing about. Returned next day again without prior notice. Next it was someone showing up when we were out to change a shower door that was a curtain. The curtain was just throw in the closet. Lastly, someone showed up to change air filters.On arrival we had to call regarding pool and hot tub because both were very dirty with trash, debris and sand. Pool maintenance did clean it the next day. Lighting on steps on beach side of house was terrible. We did have an injury because of not being able to see steps. Make sure to take flashlights. There was no lighting by grill to cook after sunset.Door locks on some bedrooms did not work and closet doors didn’t shut.This is a beautiful home and we enjoyed great family time but the management can do a much better job at fixing things while the home is unoccupied. I honestly expected more for the price of the rental.

Perfect beach house for families

This home has everything you could possibly want in a beach home. Just steps from the beach. This home is oceanfront and has a pool, hot tub, plenty of parking spaces and it is pet friendly so you can bring your fur babies along. Lots of games inside and also in the outdoor space. Spacious rooms and plenty of bathrooms. Definitely recommend this home.

Nice location and property; Need some cleaning

Good morning just wanted to shared feedback regarding our stay. Overall it’s a nice property and location! But here were a few concerns:-Stale odor throughout house..did not smell clean upon arrival.-Beach front room on right (room 1) bathroom fan doesn’t work;-Tv remotes need to be labeled; most were in the wrong room and we had to try them throughout the whole house trying to figure out which remote worked for which TV-Air fryers were filthy-Construction equipment and workers out front blocked us in-Blinds really old and cabinets in kitchen need repairing Again we really enjoyed our stay, convenience of being on the beach, with nice pool and hot tub!!

Beach and pool steps aways

House is steps away from the beach. Beach chairs were set up for us everyday on the beach directly in front of the house. We opted for a heated pool which was great! We had one day that pool stopped informed Property Manager and they sent vendor out to fix. We had a few issues and Property PM came out to address.

Perfect Getaway

This property did not disappointment. It feels like home immediately. Five Star Property was always available and quick to respond with any requests. The layout was perfect for our familys coming together. Each floor was like it's own condo. The property feels spacious everywhere with wonderful views. I'm marking it down as a favorite!!!

Fabulous home!!

My friends and I had a great get away! The beach was very private, and had chairs and umbrellas set up for us daily. Property was close to everything! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The only thing I recommend if you stay is to pay for the pool to be heated. It was too cold for us to swim in so I wish I would've done this. But everything else was fabulous!

We enjoyed our stay.

A bit disappointed in the furnishings - average. Pots, pans and cookie sheets need to be replaced. Knob on stove is missing and knob on washer in master bedroom. Ac on 2nd floor doesn’t cool properly. Need another table on outside porch. Chair cushions need to be replaced as they are stained.

Girls Trip!

This awesome house has it all! The beautiful beach and the ocean are right at your back deck. The bedrooms are very spacious, very comfortable and relaxing. The house was perfect for our large group of 17 ladies and has a well equipped kitchen for cooking. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and has plenty of space for large groups. There is a view from multiple bedrooms overlooking the ocean and is just gorgeous! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We've found the perfect place and will be back for many years to come!!

Perfect house for large group

We have rented several houses over the years in Destin and this was our favorite! The house accommodated our large family of 19 perfectly. The managers were very attentive calling us throughout the week making sure our stay was going well. We would definitely stay at the “seaclusion” house again in the future!

Nice property but...

The house was beautiful in every way and very comfortable but for what we paid I don’t think it was worth it! There was construction goin on next door we weren’t told about, the hot tub didn’t work, the pool couldn’t be heated, outdoor tv wouldn’t turn on, there were game systems to play but no cords to hook them up, top floor water did not get warm, fireplace in the living room didn’t work, and to top it all off we came back from a natural trail to a strange maintenance man in our house with out warning and when I contacted to ask why we weren’t alerted of the work order they had they just said let me get back to you and never heard another thing! I’ve learned that renting properties I need to ask from now on is everything in working order!!

Great Location - not a great house

First off I would like to say that overall we enjoyed our stay. The home was right on the beach and had plenty of room for the family. We had several issues that another reviewer listed which was disappointing. I would’ve hoped that with months after the complaining review the issues would have been fixed. We had the following problems throughout our 3 night stay: Fire alarm went off at 3 am and the on call maintenance was 3 hours away, we had 2 small children so this made the parents night miserable as after the alarm they couldn’t go back to sleep. The garbage disposal was broken. There were large roaches in the home (it’s on the beach so that may be normal but still wish they would have a pest control come more often to minimize this issue). Under the home construction was still ongoing; there were large boards and materials blocking on the 6 coveted parking spots. We also had one bathroom that did not drain & I will agree that the deck furniture was broken and left something to be desired. This is more on our particular rental company than the home itself; we requested a crib and two baby gates be in the home when we arrived and they were not there. They arrived around 9 pm that night which is quite late for a toddler. Overall we did enjoy our stay, the home has a great location and space for a lot of people, but not 5 star worthy.

Destin rocks, this home does not. Avoid.

Save your money do not rent! Over priced for value. When paying premium dollars you expect premium condition. So where to start. This property has multiple issues. 1. We arrived to repairs being made on the outside support beams underneath house. We were not notified of these issues. The stucco was ripped off and there was significant water damage and looking as the torn out area black mold was existent and there remained a constant water drip. Troubling! 2. We were not told that the beach side rental vendors use the parking in front of the residence making it difficult to move out of the driveway. This is of concern as we were told parking was limited. Additionally, these vendors walk back and forth under the house to get to their vehicles and use the plug ins to charge cell phones. While using the pool, suddenly you have them walking by. 3. Garbage disposal. The houses across the street have their garbage cans not by their units, but by this house and it's parking and there are not enough garbage cans for a house this large. So animals get into the garbage at night. 5. Nice balconies but no furniture on them or what is there is broken and not able to use. 6. Gas Grill terribly dirty with caked on debris. 7. Bunk beds have broken slats making it unsafe for children. 7. Shower not draining and water backing up in guest rooms upon check in. 8. ROACHES! Large roaches especially in kitchen area and droppings in kitchen cabinets with dishes. 9. Had to call in water drainage issues, along with freezer door handle coming off, smoke alarms intermittently going off, and master bath tub leaked water when turned on. 10. Property advertises wedding and we paid the $500 fee to have a small family wedding. HOA showed up and told us weddings were not allowed. Then said they could not enforce. WHAT??? If I owned this property I would stop renting out till all maintenance issues were resolved. We love Destin! It's where we are from. Loved the location. We rent out homes almost yearly. Will never rent this one again. Showed up excited by this rental but left very disappointed. Destin rocks, this home does not.

Beautiful house and perfect location. We were close to Destin and Seaside.

The house was spacious, beautiful, and clean. The elevator did not work but other than that it was just what we expected. The beach front location was perfect and although the house is next to an RV park, this time of year we had plenty of room on the beach.
