Awesome!

This property was beautiful, comfortable, and centrally located to all the excitement in SanDestin. Customer service was second to none! We will be booking this one again for iur next trip to the Florida coast!

Great place!

We loved the location of the property and it was very comfortable!! The Golf cart was great and a must. I felt like the communication with the property management was very slow. We arrived a few minutes early and requested a code to get in so we could use the facilities and actually ended up getting the code 10 min after check in. Then on our last day there was a horrible lightening storm that knocked out our wifi and the electricity in our primary bedroom. I am guessing the breaker box is in an owner's closet because we could not find it to check to see if a breaker had been thrown. So we had no TV, no WIFI and no way to charge our phones by the bed as there was no outlets working in the primary bedroom. I reached out to the PM company that afternoon and got no response other than wifi is out everywhere. Not addressing the breaker issue. The next day I asked if we could get a later check out due to our inconvenience and we were told no...but only after we had already checked out. So place was great, no complaints just wish the PM company was more responsive and empathetic to our situation.

Loved the Bungalo

Fantastic vacation rental, comfortable and quiet, plenty of space for our family to spread out. Lots of time spent out on the covered porch. And the golf cart is a necessity in Sandestin. We had zero issues and highly recommend this property.

Our Beach Get Away

There were 5 adults and a 5 month old baby in our group and I must say the house was a little tight for us and all the baby equipment we needed. That being said I really appreciated that each bedroom had its own private bathroom and television set and very comfortable beds. The decor was nice and beachy but tastefully done. The neighborhood is beautiful and just a fun golf cart ride away from the beach, shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home to my friends for a different experience for vacationing at the beach then a condo.

Off season retirement community with little crowds

Beaches were full, but chair rentals were plenty. Golf cart is a must to navigate. Go to dinner, beach, pools, stroll or pick up groceries in golf cart made it super convenient. Without a cart, we would not have enjoyed the trip. Clean and well appointed inside. Outside and porch could use some sprucing up. Wifi hard to access with instructions and stay connected for streams.

Attention to detail needed.

I stayed here with my wife and two daughters I have to say everything was great with the exception of a few things that I thought should definitely be mentioned. As soon as we arrived I noticed immediately that the back safety bar and step plate on the golf court were completely rusted out and left in a dangerous situation I contacted the property manager immediately to let them know about this as well as took pictures I was told by the property manager that they were aware of this and would be taking care of it unfortunately we were left for a week with a golf court with a very rusted back platform I would’ve expected this to be taken out of service and a rental provided so no one could get hurt. Additionally the barbecue grill it was left there was left completely disgusting it took quite some time to clean it but in the end it did operate fine and I was able to use it for the time we were there. There was also an AirTag attached to the golf cart that easily gives someone a very uneasy feeling when you know you’re being tracked and I think we would have a problem with this providing we knew that it was part of the golf court again not a big deal just something we felt should be disclosed. The other items found throughout the house were not a big deal but I felt as though I should mention them to the property manager so we would not be charged there were several things like towel holders that were just removed from the wall and put in the draw and hinges on one outside door that had come detached from the door jam. One additional item I would recommend is that either the owner or the management company clean the front porch and all associated furniture as this did not seem to have been done for quite some time and it appeared as though there was food and or drinks spilled on the porch that were just smeared around as well as all the cushions being very dirty. Short of these things we did have an excellent time and would return

Everything was very convenient, the golf cart made it easy to get to the stores, restaurants and even the beach, loved the house set up very convenient and we found everything we needed very clean with lots of towels and comfy beds

Amazing Property

From the checkin process, location, amenities, and the golf cart rides to the beach, we could not have had a better stay. Amazing rental house for our girls weekend. Cannot wait to go back next year.

Friends get-a-way!

Our yearly friends summer get-a-way did not disappoint. This area is just gorgeous and our house on Bungalow Dr was just perfect for 3 couples. Lots of space, extra half bath, fully stocked kitchen (only recommendation would be extra dish towels), great front porch to relax after the beach all day and nicely decorated with a coastal vibe. Extra points for the six seater golf cart that easily accommodated all of us to where we needed to go, including nearby shopping and the wharf! Look forward to staying again in the future!

Everything was good

Everything was very good, the house was very clean, everything you need is there but at check out time two cars were waiting outside since 8:30 am. My husband went out and told the cleaning team our check out was at 10:00am. And continued waiting outside no matter what so was uncomfortable for us loading the cars when someone it’s outside rushing you . 🙁
