The house really suites our family and the proximity to beach was wonderful. Beach not really crowded either. Pool was so fun for all ages.

Fantastic stay!

This is such a beautiful home in an area convenient to so many things. The outdoor spaces are amazing- from the pool to the multiple deck spaces. The rooms are incredibly spacious. Our group really appreciated the luxurious bathrooms attached to each bedroom.Echelon Luxury Properties was wonderful to deal with, and we won’t hesitate to book one of their properties again in the future!

Perfect Luxury Stay

Property was exactly as advertised. Clean, easy to access, everything was ready to go. Pool was heated as requested and the support team was incredibly fast and helpful with responses to any questions during the stay. Would definitely stay here again and look to use other ELP properties.

Great for a large family gathering/vacation

Pros: The space is absolutely wonderful! All rooms are large, closets spacious & en-suite bathrooms were great! The elevator came in handy! We had the pool heated throughout our entire stay and our kiddos loved it. The adults loved the spa/hot tub. We hosted Thanksgiving here with our family who traveled from 3 different states to spend the week together; there was adequate kitchen supplies and enough seating for 10 adults & 3 kids. The location is fantastic (close to everything). Cons: The 1 queen bedroom on the 3rd floor had stained sheets; clean, but stained (it happened to be our room and I didn't ask any others if they had this same issue). There were lipstick stains on some of the coffee mugs so we thoroughly cleaned before using any dishes. The worst of it, though, were tiny cockroaches - no bigger than a woman's pinky nail. We saw quite a few dead which meant they (or someone) is using some sort of treatment for them, but we did see a couple alive. I'm not sure if this is a Florida thing (we're not from there) or just a house issue. We were all praying we did not bring any home with us! We thoroughly enjoyed our time together as a family, enjoyed the area & the space itself. All "cons" listed are easily remedied and Echelon Properties was fantastic to work with so we would certainly rent one of their properties in the future.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

I was very impressed with the home. Every Bedroom had it's own Bathroom and Two Living Spaces. It was super close to the beach which made for easy running back and forth for toys, snacks, etc. It's conveniently located across from an outlet mall, close to the grocery store and a DG and Beach Shop within walking distance. The Property Managers were very responsive. I couldn't find the iron and they delivered me a new one within a few hours. The double set of Laundry Machines made it easy to wash clothes and towels during our stay. My husband loved the outdoor grill. Each TV is a smart TV making it easy to log into to your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ accounts during your stay. Sitting on the top deck in the morning sun was my favorite way to start the day. We paid to have the pool heated and it was the perfect temp! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

Excellent Stay.

We spent two weeks celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren and friends. The property was as advertised, and the Echelon Luxury Properties staff were super at making sure our stay was enjoyable. We strongly recommend this property.

Wonderful place!!

The only thing I would suggest would to have blinds in the living room for the afternoon & evening sun. The walk to the beach was a little further than I thought. Beautiful house & we all had a great time!! There was 17 of us & never felt like we were on top of each other.
