La ubicación excelente, nos encanto esa zona pero la limpieza no era muy buena y la fornitura de la casa un poco incomoda, las camas muy duras las sillas del comedor un poco incómodas y no habían toallas de piscina es la primera ves que encontramos una casa en la playa que cuenta con piscina que no tenga toallas de piscina! Habían varios daños en la casa que necesitan atención inmediata! Pienso que los encargados necesitan poner un poco más de atención al mantenimiento y limpieza de la casa! Para que sea un lugar excelente donde pasar las vacaciones!

From the moment we arrived, this beach house felt like our own little slice of paradise. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated with that relaxed coastal charm, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Afternoon walking the beach just steps away, and evenings with the sound of waves in the background—it was pure bliss.

It was average compared to other places we have stayed. Clean but there were issues that were addressed quickly such as horrible smell from hot water due to unit sitting unrented for awhile. Had to drain hot water tank but first two days were miserable- whole place smelled. Pool was not open as advertised and one reason we rented there for the kids. This unit comes with the very bare necessities . If you don’t like stairs, this is not the unit for you. Carrying up heavy luggage to third floor is not easy. The furniture in family room definitely needs an upgrade and worn/stained. The greatest thing was it is walking distance to beach. But we enjoyed the week and the unit met our basic needs.

We enjoyed our stay, however the beds are extremely uncomfortable. All of us were achey in the morning! They could have at least put a memory foam topper if they can’t do a whole memory foam mattress. End of rant- I do however love how close it is to the beach. Exactly a 5 minute walk. The home itself is very clean and I appreciated the tasteful decor. We all loved the community pool, it was clean and didn’t smell of chemical like some pools. The cabinets all had labels to show where things go , I loved that they had glass ware and plastic ware because toddlers don’t need glass! The master bedroom and bath were amazing however the hot water does not last when you have more than 6 people in the house. By the time upstairs people took showers there was no more hot water. Overall great experience but would fix just a couple things for comfort.

Family had a great time! Cart and 4 chairs came in handy. Short walk to beach. Plenty of space for 8 people. Few updates need to be made: Interior paint needs to be refreshed. Looks like touch ups were done, but paint didn’t match. Time to replace living room rug. Dirty and stained.

Great location! Clean and comfortable. We always appreciate an updated, modern, and clean dog friendly rental. Short walk to the beach and Pompano Joes. My only complaint is there was no extra bedding. We were there for a week. Plenty of towels were provided for the bathrooms. I did not see any beach towels, so you may have bring your own. Having a washer/dryer was helpful. Would stay there again!

The place was great! 3 floors and plenty of sleeping areas. Be ready for a lot of stairs but the main floor is a nice common space. The TV Internet wasn't working initially and there was a broken door on the TV cabinet which I notified the rental owners about, and they were quick to respond. It's a very convenient location to the beach. They provided a beach cart and 4 beach chairs which was amazing!!! My only biggest wish was that they had a golf cart to make things even easier. But I can also understand why they don't because it's only a hop skip and jump away from the beautiful Emerald Coast 😍

The place was nice and clean. Definitely get a work out walking up and down all the stairs but we were ok with that. Beds are very firm…a little too much for me. Overall a nice place to stay and convenient to beach, shops and restaurants!

The property was just as described and perfect for our party of 9! The only downside is that the "kids" room is on the 1st level so we ended up not using just strictly from a safety standpoint and being at street level. There are lots of stairs, which we handled just fine, but just an FYI. Area is very safe, there is additional parking within the complex and the check in and check out process is very, very simple. Our family would stay here again!

The Sand Tusker is a nice property. About 2 blocks from beach. No bikes or golf cart with rental. No ocean view. Very small balcony facing the backs of other rentals. The property was clean. However, very limited number of bath towels for the amount of bathrooms. TVs appeared nice but only had 3-4 main channels- everything else said must have a subscription. Very disappointing. Beds were as hard as a rock for what we paid for 4 nights/5 days. Exterior lights were not working so very dark entrance. The WORST part is the rental was the lack of HOT water for the size of the facility. 3rd floor only got had hot water if no one else showered prior. This was a huge disappointment. Would not recommend this property for anyone that can not climb stairs or has physical limitations for stairs.

When we arrived, we of course needed water; the smell was horrible and lingered. The contact person told us to run hot water through all the faucets. That took care of the smell, but should have been done before our arrival. The unit says 12 guests; we had 9., and never had enough hot water. It was Thanksgiving week. The heat/air unit was difficult to regulate. Each bed had a sheet and thin spread for cover; there were no extras. Pictures of the inside are accurate. It probably is 400 yds. to the beach, but it is not an easy walk especially if you want to take things to the beach.

The property was great. Family enjoyed it a lot. There were some minor issues with bugs in the house (mostly in kids bedroom on lower floor) but otherwise can’t complain about anything. I would definitely go there again or recommend it to someone else.
