Amazing Beachfront Home! The home is impeccable. Very clean, awesome views, spacious, a home away from home. Everything was above par. Loved the house, the details, the entire experience. Would love to come back.

The house sits in a small gated community. The parking is not ideal. Very crowded if you have multiple families staying with you or around you. Thankfully we only had our passenger van. The house is located right on the beach as described. It’s a very short private walk which is wonderful. The beach chairs were set up and taken down every day so that was a huge plus. Great location and the beaches weren’t overcrowded. The views were beautiful. The sunsets were beautiful but you had to go to the top floor private balcony to fully enjoy them bc the balcony right off the main dining/living was obstructed by the gazebo entrance to the beach that’s a house over. The house overall is very nice and has everything you need to cook. We requested for the pool to be heated and were notified 30 mins before our arrival (Saturday) that it was not working but that they would have someone out to fix it. We know things like this can happen so we were trying to be patient. After checking daily on the status, finally on Wednesday the property manager called me personally and said he called the pool guy and told him do whatever you need to do to get it fixed so it was fixed that day. We really appreciated that and they did not charge me. The outdoor fireplace did not work while we were there but the grill was really nice. The grocery store is within walking distance or riding a bike if you prefer.

Wonderful stay at a wonderful property! House is great. There are a few places that are beginning to show age, but otherwise, a beautiful home. Great location. Very quiet beach. Wish the company was a little more flexible on the front end for checking in a bit early but they were gracious to give us an extra couple of hours on the back end on check out day. The communication with the manager was very good.

Amazing Beachfront hime!

Perfection!! Amazing location, clean, comfy beds and furniture and as lovely as the pics. Fully equipped with everything you may need in the kitchen! Steps to the gorgeous beach and outdoor space is also an A+.

Amazing location, perfect house for a big family

Everything was accurate on the description and pictures! The private access to the beach was wonderful! The staff was extremely courteous and prompt when we had any issues during our stay that needed to be resolved I highly recommend salty toes.

Great for families!

We had a wonderful time here! The house was so nice, and had a fantastic supply of dishes and cookware for cooking big meals. We had requested the pool be heated, and unfortunately something broke that couldn’t be replaced right away, but the management gave us a refund on the heating without us having to ask, which was very appreciated. We were pleased with the property and management and would definitely stay here again!

Great house.

Really only had two issues; both relatively minor. Access codes were confused or missing. First, our instructions did not include the subdivision gate access code. The email only had “????” For the code. I called DD and was given the code. We were given a 6 digit code and we assumed that it was for the lockbox near the front door. (That is how we accessed a recent VRBO in Colorado.) I called DD again and was given a 5 digit code that was nowhere on the email and that was the primary access code to the garage door. That worked. The 6 digit code was for 3 other combo entry locks. Fortunately, the front door of the house had been left unlocked, so at least we got in and we’re able to unload while we were getting the codes figured out. Second, the floors all over the house were quite slippery. We guessed that it was something that the housekeepers had used to clean the floors. I mentioned this to the housekeeper who arrived as we were departing on Saturday morning. She did not seem to know anything about the slick floors. We got used to the floors, but - in our opinion - they bordered on dangerous.

Loved our stay our Salty Toes

We loved our stay at Salty Toes beach house. The location was great for us and you can’t beat the ocean views! The kids loved the small pool and the parents loved how fast/easy it was to get to the beach and the complimentary umbrellas and chairs. Also was very clean and nicely maintained.
