Rest & Relax

This cottage at Hidden Dunes was just as promised. Extremely comfortable accommodations with three bedrooms & bathrooms and a perfectly equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Bonus is a wine cooler that keeps your vintages at the perfect temperature. The screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee or evening beverages not to mention provides a Birds Eye view of tennis matches! There are pickleball courts too so bring your racquets & paddles if you play! The beach is a hop skip and jump through the beautifully landscaped grounds and bubbling water fountains. Two pools (one heated) with hot tubs offer finishing touches to this resort. Everyone we met, both residents & guests were super friendly & welcoming. We would definitely stay another month here in the future.

A True Oasis

This property was absolutely amazing! The hosts have fully stocked the kitchen making it very easy to cook in. The unit was meticulously clean and very spacious. It sleeps eight people very comfortably—no couch beds counted as sleeping areas. It was a short walk away from the beautiful Miramar Beach, and offered a shuttle if desired. The pools were a good size, well maintained, and had plenty of seating. It is an ideal place to rest, relax, and soak in the beach life. The hosts could not be more accommodating and pleasant.

Miramar beach beauty

The condo is as pictured, it is beautiful and clean, well decorated, and well furnished. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo, and would return to again. We were there in July, so it was very hot. At the end of a long day at the beach, the walk back did seem kind of long. There is a shuttle service, which is helpful. The walk back was the only negative thing I could say. But overall, our stay was amazing.

Wonderful stay!

We had such a wonderful time! The property was perfect for our family. We were able to play tennis and enjoy the beach each day. The owners were very kind and helpful. The gentleman at the pro shop and the security officers at the gate were incredibly kind and helpful as well.

Absolute Treasure of a Property!!

Wonderful, lovely condo all around. Exceptionally clean, meticulous attention to design detail, massive tv, excellent remodel. We've stayed at many units at this complex and this is hands down the best one we've seen. Huge thanks for sharing this property with us. Our family had a great time and hope to be back soon.

Beach and pool with kids!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The shuttle to the beach was a plus. Shuttle staff and security all nice and helpful. It was nice to have the pool close as well.

Family vacay

The pictures don’t really do the property justice. The condo is exactly as advertised and well maintained. Teresa was very accommodating and checked on us several times. The only complaint I have has nothing at all to do with the owners. While most days the 5-10 minute walk was actually relaxing. The tram to the beach was not always available. While carrying multiple heavy things down, made it more difficult. We would definitely think about staying again!

Relaxing Getaway

It was a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! No elevators to load after a hot day on the beach was a great bonus! We’ve always stayed at high-rise condos facing the beach but opted for something with a little more privacy this time. We had no regrets! With 5 adults, one teenager, a two year one and 6 month old, we really appreciated the privacy of the cottage life and especially loved the screened-in back porch-much safer than a balcony with little ones! We were steps away from a nice big pool that offered patio furniture with comfortable chaise lounges and table sets with umbrellas. Even though we weren’t directly on the beach (but still didn’t have to cross a busy street), a trolley service was offered. My men especially loved the cottage with the huge screen tvs, and I loved the UNBELIEVABLE master shower! A little side note about the area: Since we’ve always gone to Panama City Beach, I was unsure about the actual beach at Mirimar, but it was SO NICE! The beach for Hidden Dunes was spread out and spacious and absolutely gorgeous water! Book now. You won’t regret it!

Great family place!

Very safe and quiet gated community. Can walk to beach or drive with close parking in community. Condo was clean and super fun. Huge TVs in every room. Kitchen is stocked with plenty to cook with!

Gorgeous condo

We loved this beautiful cottage. It is completely remodeled. A short (5 minutes) walk to the sugar-white sand beach with no streets to cross. We had a great time. The unit has everything you need for a great vacation and has been kept very well. I would definitely recommend this condo. Thank you Teresa and Victor for hosting us!

Beautiful cottage

We loved staying in this recently updated cottage. The furnishings were new and high-quality, large TVs came in handy when weather at the beach didn’t cooperate. We will definitely be back :)

AWESOME, clean, beautiful, safe, convenient, GREAT host!

My family LOVED this condo! Teresa was an amazing host. She was very prompt, friendly, and helpful as she answered any questions that we had before and during our stay. The condo was super clean and beautifully decorated. The large TVs were awesome. The beds were comfy. It was a great floor plan for our family of 6. It has new appliances and a wonderful screened in porch. We enjoyed being so close to one of the pools. We also loved having the use of the beach equipment. The resort itself is gated, safe, and feels tucked away among the trees. It is very convenient to restaurants, grocery, and shopping. The landscaping is beautiful and well-manicured. It is an easy, nice stroll (mostly shaded) to the beach on the road/sidewalks through the resort. This resort is a very clean and family-friendly environment. So to sum it all up - great resort, great condo, great host.....GREAT time for our family! We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home! Great host

Overall amazing!! Home was gorgeous, host was even better. List of space with everything we needed. Cons: not closed to much within walking distance, ubers we’re few and far between due to traffic in the sandestin area. Also don’t know that the dishwasher worked, soap was still in the dispenser after we ran it, we just hand washed everything. (Didn’t realize till the morning we checked out). Never got the WiFi to work but we didn’t need it. Our host went above and beyond. Allowed us to drop bags and stay a little later due to the ts coming in. Beach was beautiful and you didn’t even need the beach shuttle. Would stay here again!

Great place for the entire family

This unit and the resort property are very well kept. The owners were probably the friendliest we have ever dealt with. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. The unit is close to highway but you would never know it. Even when you’re sitting on the screened lanai we never heard traffic. They do offer a shuttle to the beach and there are also a few parking spots along the east side of the property if you get there early enough. The living and dining areas are set up well with new furniture, a wine cooler, and a very large tv. The kitchen has everything you need but the groceries and someone to cook them for you. The master bedroom and bath are perfect with another very large tv in the bedroom and the bed and lounge are very comfortable. The other downstairs bedroom is nice with a good size tv and a soft bed. The kids enjoyed the feeling of privacy they got from the lofted bedroom and it’s bathroom. The grills are close and were always available when we needed them. The beach service the resort offers worked well for us. They were very friendly to us and went out of their way to help get our things down to the beach and back up. The unit does have an umbrella, plenty of chairs and a wagon for carrying it all down to the beach too. Stores and restaurants were close by so we didn’t have to fight the peak season traffic much at all. I would definitely recommend this unit and these owners if you are looking to go to this area.
