  • Nuestra casa adosada Blue Surf Townhome de 7 dormitorios y 2 baños en Destin, Florida, ha sido completamente remodelada: cocina nueva con granito, gabinetes de abedul, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y muebles de comedor; Nuevos televisores de pantalla plana en la cocina, los dos dormitorios y la sala de estar, baños de azulejos y granito, uno con ducha a ras de suelo y otro con doble tocador, muebles nuevos y decoración en todas partes.

    En Blue Surf, con solo 26 unidades, disfrutarás de amplios terrenos, acceso cercano a la playa, exuberantes jardines tropicales, una piscina climatizada por temporada, cancha de tejo y acceso conveniente a restaurantes, tiendas, campos de golf y otras actividades del área. Pompano Joe's, un famoso restaurante de mariscos justo en la playa, está a solo unos pasos de distancia.

    Desde mediados de marzo hasta el 31 de octubre, puede disfrutar del servicio de playa diario de cortesía de dos sillas y una sombrilla. El servicio privado de Internet de alta velocidad también se ofrece de forma gratuita a nuestros huéspedes. Puedes usar wifi para transmitir tus programas favoritos a través de un stick Roku. We had a wonderful stay here with our family! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The short walk to the beach was so convenient, and having the beach chairs and umbrella included was a huge bonus. It made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. We made some great family memories and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Host was great and answered very quickly. Loved the condo was a walking distance to the beach. The condo could use a little upgrade from the inside. Other than that it was perfect for our family trip.

Comfy townhome near the beach

Blue Surf #7 provided a comfortable and quiet stay with all the amenities my family needed. The proximity to the beach was great, and only required a 5 minute walk. This is a great stay for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Issue with primary slider took almost 4 days to resolve. Follow through by property management fair. Husband went barefoot for several hours and bottoms were very dirty. Needs a good steam cleaning. Otherwise, we have stayed here twice and we knew what to expect. We love it because it's perfect for 2 couples. Close to Pompano Joes and most importantly, the beach. It's the perfect size and set up for 2 couples. Thanks for a fun week.

Good place to stay

Loved staying there. Unit comfortable, pool nice, location great, beach service umbrella and chairs great touch, could have my dog on my vacation, which was priceless for me. Also, the walking path, about 6 feet wide going on for miles of in either direction right in front of the development was my idea of a good time. Also loved that the road across the street from the beach was two-lane.

End of snowbird visit to Florida

We visited this property on our way "north" after 5 weeks in warmer parts of Florida and the area did not disappoint! The townhouse was exactly as advertised: clean, well stocked, close to restaurants, good communication with host, etc. But the BEST feature is the location - directly across the street from the beautiful public beach. The crosswalk is directly in front of the property which makes accessing the beach easy and safe. We will definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

Easy access to beach, very busy location

Pros: The condo location made getting to the beach and dinner easy. Condo was equipped with everything you need. Cons: The tile floor had pet stains left behind that were not cleaned up. The location was busy and kind of loud. The pool was super cloudy Sunday and Monday but I saw people working on it Tuesday. The condo layout made keeping up with a young child challenging which made it difficult to unwind as a parent when in the condo. Neither locks on the doors worked which made us uneasy - if you forgot to use a stick to lock the sliders then someone could easy walk into the condo or a child escaping to the balcony unsafe.

Fabulous Family Vacation

The location of this property is perfect! It’s right across the street from the beach and close to delicious restaurants! This property was perfect for my husband and me, and my daughter and her family. The 2 king bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and mostly importantly, provided privacy for both families because one bedroom is upstairs and one downstairs. The common areas were also spacious and comfortable. Everything was modern and updated, and it was supplied with everything a family could need! We loved the upstairs balcony and the view! We would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent location. Short distance to beach & close to many eateries.

We would definitely return to the Blue Surf. Very comfortable & pleasant area. Quiet area & other guests friendly.

Delightful Destin

The trip went very smoothly from the booking to the arrival. The condo was clean and well laid out. Our visitors had their own accommodations which was very comfortable for all of us. The dishwasher needs updating. We enjoyed the weather and the space in the condo. We used the convenient grill several times for dinner.

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property, Michelle was very helpful answering any questions or concerns that we had. The property was very conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. I do feel like the pictures of the view of the ocean were a little misleading. It just wasn't the view we had hoped for.

Great Location!

Unit has been completely updated - very clean - nicely furnished with fully equipped kitchen! Great view and easy access to beach.

Great experience

The host was really helpful. The unit was extremely clean and very spacious. We loved being able to walk to beach and Pompano Joe’s. Our only disappointment was that the pool was not heated and actually colder than the ocean. Overall we recommend the property.

Wonderful weekend!

We chose Blue Surf because of its easy access to the beach. Just cross old Hwy 98 and you are on the beach! We had two chairs and an umbrella which came with the rental-a nice perk and three beautiful days on the beach! Michelle was easy to communicate with and we had no problems whatsoever! Blue Surf #7 is updated and comfortably furnished with a well stocked kitchen. We would stay again anytime!

Hurricane Sally

Hurricane Sally was on her way when we were suppose to be starting our vacation. I contacted Michelle, the owner and she was absolutely awesome allowing us to make some changes due to the storm. The location was great, condo is very nice and well decorated. Our only thing was the floors were not very clean. But the complex was well maintained and quiet. Will definitely consider returning to unit 7.
