This property is exactly as described—right on the beach with beautiful, unobstructed views. The unit was clean and well-stocked with towels, basic necessities, and kitchen items, including plenty of dishes, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker. The balconies facing the ocean were spacious and perfect for enjoying the scenery. We were traveling with elderly family members, so the elevator was a big help.A few things to be aware of: The pool and beach access require walking through one of the master bedrooms, which can be inconvenient. There are signs at every thermostat requesting that the air conditioning be set higher than most would find comfortable; despite following these guidelines, everyone in our group woke up uncomfortably warm at night. The common areas, where people might typically gather to relax or wait out bad weather, lacked comfortable seating, and the balcony furniture on the 2nd and 3rd floors wasn’t much better.Overall, the location is excellent, but the comfort level inside could be improved.

Little slice of Heaven on the beach

The location was fantastic the backyard is literally the beach, The house was very clean and felt like home. The bunk room stays very warm so bring a fan. The driveway sits on the main stretch so it very hard to get out with all the traffic but these are very minor issues. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again.

Love the house. Right on the beach. Management was so helpful and responsive to all my questions. Beach chair set up was wonderful. Kitchen well stocked. Just wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone.

On the beach spacious condo

Beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen. Ceiling fan in third floor bedroom was not working. I contacted management and they delivered two box fans. We used one in the third floor bedroom and the other fan in the bunk room which was also hot. On Friday, a repairman entered the condo without our knowledge and took the fan from the third floor bedroom, Management said he had repaired the ceiling fan, which was not true. It did not work. We were not notified that the repairman was coming. My adult grandsons were asleep in the bunkroom and did not hear anyone enter the condo. Very dangerous! I did talk to maintenance management but never got an apology and a solution. Very disappointed.

Great home for a 4 generation family vacation!

We loved the location of the home - start the day with a walk to Bad Ass coffee and end the day with a walk on the beach to Pompano Joes’ for beach cocktails. The kitchen was so well equipped for the cooks in our family. The layout gave everyone there own space for bedrooms and baths.

Amazing beach vacation

Our Happy Spot

This is an amazing property for individuals who enjoy relaxing at the beach and less of a party atmosphere. For my family & friends this location was perfect! Being right on the beach and everything you need just a short distance away, we could not have been happier. Everybody was able to come and go to the beach as they desired. The beautiful white sand beaches and crystal clear waters had us on the beach from morning til night. The property was clean and everyone was very comfortable. We had a few minor maintenance issues and they were resolved very timely. Our entire group commented more than once that they couldn’t wait to come back!!! I highly recommend ... William and Hector were fantastic!!

Loved the fact that it was on the beach and you can hear the ocean. The pool was like a jacuzzi didn’t like that you had to walk through room to use elevator and get to pool or go to the beach. Loved the rooms and location everything within walking distance. Renters very attentive. Loved would rent again

Very nice place!

We have been coming to Destin every year for the past 4-5 years and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed. It is so spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. The elevator was very handy for my mother who is not able to go up and down stairs. It was also handy for bringing heavy suitcases down to the first floor. The house is located directly on the beach and the views from every floor are spectacular. There were only a few small issues which were nothing major. The house really needed a good cleaning including the curtains. The pool was dirty and had a lot of sand in it when we arrived. It was supposed to be cleaned on Saturday and Wednesday but never got cleaned. The bed in the third floor master suite was very uncomfortable. All the other beds were fine. The biggest issue we had was the neighbors parking in our driveway and even blocking us out of the driveway. We spoke to Hector about the situation who suggested we knock on their door and ask them to stop parking in our driveway. We did this twice, but they continued to use our driveway. Other than that, we had a great vacation and would definitely recommend this home!

Vacation of a lifetime! Best time ever! Highly recommend!

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Multiple levels were perfect for our vacation. The house was well stocked and decorated beautifully. Even equipped with baby gates for the kiddos. The bottom level has a child alert on the door to the pool outside which made us feel extra safe. The beach setup each morning was a special bonus. The house is centrally located with easy access to lots of things. Just can’t say enough about SeaLaVie
