The accommodations were perfect for my husband and I. The place was clean and comfortable with a great view of the beach. The condo was well stocked and met all our needs. Big plus is we did not have to wait for an elevator!!! The pool was not in service but who goes to the beach for the pool!! (There was a pool available less than 25 feet from the exit door). We will be back!

Perfect Honeymoon

Condo was perfect for our honeymoon getaway, we really enjoyed the view and the golf cart. It made our daily trips to Baytowne Wharf enjoyable. There was construction ongoing in the pool area but they were very accomodating in their start time (they never started before 9am). Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a seamless trip. Thank you so much!

Had a great time and property was awesome

Construction didn't ruin the trip because the location is great! The only note I have is that the listing says 2bdrm on the front page and its 2 beds not 2 bdrm. Didnt matter to us. REALLY easy to access the beach and property manager was easy to contact and available. I cant wait to come back.

The property was perfect for our stay. We are looking forward to returning after the pool and other construction are complete. One minor point. The golf cart had some minor intermittent ignition switch issues. The condo was clean but, there was a little room for improvement.

Relaxing getaway

We had a great time! We did a little shopping, beach time and eat some great food. We love this area. The condo was perfect for our trip. On the beach with a beautiful view. Even though there was construction going on it did not interfere in our stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your condo. Now time to work on Christmas festivities. Loved this property, perfect location and had a great time exploring Baytowne area on the golf cart. Highly recommend dinner at Bijoux down the street. Can’t wait to see the new pool on my next visit.

Condo as advertised Beach walks in the morning Steps from the car to room and the room to beach Clean and golf cart use was outstanding Grand Boulevard and restaurants were awesome as always Ice cream to top it off each night Played 4 rounds of golf and each course was very nice

Very nice

The unit was very comfortable. Location was ideal. Golf cart was very useful. I wish the pool was open. Some amenities could be included such as laundry detergent (2), coffee creamer, and sugar, and sufficient supply of toilet paper. Wifi was spotty and weak. No dresser. Money value was very good. I would stay there again.

Best family vacation spot

We had the BEST family vacation staying here for the week. We have a 17 mo old and it was the perfect space and location for us. Beach and pool view. Blackout curtains on all windows to help with sleep at night but also with naps. Parking is the same floor so it was easy to get in and get out. The golf cart was awesome and we loved being able to use that to get around the property and our son loved the rides. This location is perfect and aided in a stress free and fun family vacation. Check out grand blvd shops and the wharf! We will definitely be back!
