Perfect for girls’ weekend!

We had a group of 10 girls book the property for a bachelorette celebration. The property and amenities were perfect and exactly what we needed. The house was clean and tidy upon check in and check out was a breeze!! The host was very communicative and attentive prior to and during our stay. We were very pleased with the location; very quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe. Definitely would recommend this property! We are hopeful to book again next year!

Much needed TLC

Beach kissed is a very nice home that just needs some TLC. The pictures are somewhat misleading. Not enough hooks in my opinion for hanging wet towels & bathing suits from the beach. Maintenance guy was spot on with the appliances that needed to be replaced- Having a large family, it was much appreciated to have a dryer & dishwasher that worked. The lce maker doesn’t work so make sure to bring your own ice! Pool area needs cleaning up, it looks nothing like the pictures. Regardless, we still had a great time making memories with our family.

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party and the location was wonderful. We were a group of 10 girls ranging in age from 26-36 and the fact that this was a gated neighborhood made us (and our significant others at home) feel so safe! It was so clean and so spacious. Definitely would recommend staying here!!

Girls Trip

We had such an amazing time during our stay at this house. Leading up to the trip, the communication with the property management was so responsive and helpful. We were able to get late check out on Monday which allowed us to stay a little bit longer. The house was absolutely stunning, exactly how the pictures said it would be and very clean. The only hiccup we had was with the trash. The trash can was already full when we got there outside, so our trash was piled up given we were there for 4 days and had 8 girls with us. Overall amazing place!

House is very nice. Inside was comfortable for our multi family group. However, it was too far to beach to not have a place to park a golf cart. No sidewalks or shaded paths in neighborhood made walking less than enjoyable. House backs up to extremely busy and noisy main road. Very busy intersection to cross to get to beach access, which was all steep stairs. Not overall friendly for a small child or older adults beach vacation. The golf cart(s) we’re both malfunctioning and one left us stranded in evening without headlights. Pool was hot with no shade during the day.

First Class Beach House!

We had a wonderful week! We have stayed in Destin probably 20 times over the last 25 years, and we almost always stay somewhere new. This beach house was THE BEST! First class. Pool and hot tub were awesome for our group! We hope to stay there again next year.

First Timers

House location was close to the beach. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and spacious house. Our only complaints were not having cleaning supplies or a gas grill (charcoal grill was provided). We also would've preferred a sturdier wagon to cart the beach items in. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay with two other families. It was a great first visit to Mirimar Beach.

Loved this house

We had a group of family and friends stay for a week. This house is beautuful and amazing. So many memories made. Would for sure stay here again. The golf cart was a great bonus for getting around and taking our stuff to the beach.

Fun trip

The house was really nice. We originally thought the walk to the beach was going to be long, but once we walked it, we realized it was not bad at all. The golf cart was a plus. The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our only suggestions would be…. More towel hangers in the bathrooms to hang up towels and more plates and bowls. There was one set of plates and one set of bowls and the bowls were huge. Also more cups are needed.

Blissful Beach Kissed Bliss

First of all, we had an amazing week with our family coming in from both Rhode Island and Texas. Our weather was perfect for the week. The house itself was amazing, well appointed and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fit out with high-end professional quality appliances, although the lights on the exhaust fan did not work. All the bedrooms with private bathrooms worked out perfectly for our family. The location allows you to go to many restaurants in just the golf cart. Public Parking for beach access is conveniently close by and fairly plentiful, although it can fill up quickly so plan accordingly. On the opportunity for improvement side, several of the bedrooms have a small private balcony accessed through a full glass door. The doors, however, have no blinds to cut down on the morning sunlight or offer any level of privacy. Although there was a nice number of beach chairs for use at the beach, several of them were broken and they could all stand to be replaced quite frankly. I'm certain keeping them outside in the salt air really takes its toll. Our biggest complaint was that the golf cart is in need of significant repairs. Mechanically it got us from place to place. The headlights did not work, however, and the hand grab on the rear of the cart was in serious need of repair as it was being held in place with a bungy cord, both of which we considered safety issues. We're just trying to be honest with our assessment both good and bad. Again, we had an amazing week overall and would gladly stay here again, especially with the aforementioned repairs / improvements made.

Exceptional rental property

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is exactly as pictured. The house is absolutely gorgeous, the pool and hot tub are great, the golf cart is a huge plus and it’s a short walk to a private beach!! I cannot say enough amazing things about this place, we absolutely loved it and had the best time! We will definitely be staying here every time we come back to Destin!

Beautiful home/great location

We loved the house! It was beautiful and we loved the pool and hot tub. Location is great! Having the gold cart was very convenient. We did find a beer can in the pool when we arrived and found a beer can in the golf cart and behind one of the couch cushions. We contacted maintenance a couple of times. He delivered what we needed the first time. When I contacted him about the ceiling fan not working in one of the bedrooms and a problem with the golf cart, he never responded. Otherwise the week was great!!

Highly Recommend, 5 Stars all around!

We had 13 girls staying in the house and had plenty of space. There were more than enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate our large group. The house was very clean and every detail of the house was beautiful. We enjoyed using the pool, but were also in walking distance to the beach. The gated neighborhood made our stay feel even more safe. Can't recommend enough!

Beautiful and Spacious home!!

We were here for a long weekend and had 13 adults comfortably staying in the house! The home and finishes were beautiful. The golf cart was super helpful to get things to and from the beach. We couldn’t get the coffee machine to work, but that is truly the only issue we had. Would definitely stay again and recommended to friends/family!
