First time in Miramar

We enjoyed the house plenty of room for all. Enjoyed having the golf cart for trips back and forth to beach. Also, for exploring the area. Pool area was beautiful, Kitchen was roomy. Loved how close it was to the beach. Wish the pool area had some shady areas. Overall wonderful vacation in a beautiful family friendly home.

Another family vacation

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this rental and we enjoyed our stay! Check in was easy, check out was easy and the stay was nice. We did have a few hiccups but Daniel was very responsive and took care of each issue quickly for us. (Like replacing the dryer with a new one after it but the dust) we had multiple family’s staying and everyone had their own room and the pool was warm and the hot tub was hot (during the hours It was on) We would stay here again! OnlyTwo comments- the private beach entrance stairs is pretty rickety , we switched to using the public ramp, and the front door knob is a little loose, takes some twisting to get it own!

Great stay!

Had a wonderful stay celebrating holidays with family. The house was wonderful for us - big beds with ensuite baths. The pool was clean - we had it heated. We all loved the hot tub. It was scheduled for 6 hours each day but you could text the maintenance person if you wanted the hours changed. The house is very close to the beach- an easy walk. Grocery store 1/2 mile away. Lots of shops and activities. The house was clean- plenty of dinnerware and pots and pans for the group. We would definitely stay here again!

Large beautiful house with pool

I was pleased that the house was available before the check in time as we were a large group traveling by different modes of transportation. My friends checked in slightly early. The accomodations were clean and spacious. There was ample kitchenware, towels and paper goods to begin our stay. Very pleased with the location. Would rent this house again if the occassion arose.

Fantastic house

We were impressed with the house! We go down to the beach each fall as a large group and this is by far one of the best houses we have stayed in. Property contact was attentive and helpful. Short short walk to the beach and close to food, shopping and activities. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location, Great Management Team

The house was perfect for our group. The 14 of us were not on top of each other. Location was steps to the beach. The house was very clean. We only had a few minor issues with the tv and pool heat during the stay but those were quickly resolved by maintenance, even at 9pm. This property is highly recommended.

Amazing Beach Rental!!

This house accommodated 23 people easily for our family vacation. Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom, so getting ready each morning was easy for every family. The pool was lovely, the beach was a quick walk down the road, the golf cart was convenient for getting all our beach gear to & from the beach. There is a public parking lot at the beach directly across from our street, with showers for rinsing. There is ample food, shopping & activities near by. We all enjoyed our stay in this rental. I would rent again if the opportunity presented itself.

A+ Location & Home Layout

Property is about a block from the beach and two blocks from a beach bar, golf cart is included (and there is golf cart parking at the beach) and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Maintenance person Koy shared his number and was SO helpful throughout our trip with questions. Bring your own beach chairs, beach towels, and blackout curtains if you need it to be dark to sleep, but kitchen gear and bath towels are a plenty. HIGHLY recommend!

Christmas Family Trip

Hi the house was beautiful and it looked just like the online posting, the only issue we had was the weather didn’t pan out right so we wasn’t to use the pool or hot tub and the water did freeze but once we contacted maintenance they came over and did what they could, we had enough towels , space and kitchen appliances, the internet did run slow and we some connection issues but other than that everything was good. The location was great we was near the outlets ,beach, and other stores will definitely stay there again.

5 families stayed here, location was awesome, close to beach and shops, we had an issue with the pool but it was fixed quickly and boy did the kids enjoy it. No one had issues while at this home, would definitely do it again.

Family Vacation

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. We had 15 total family members from age 11 to age 71. The pool and hot tub was fantastic and was in a great location, only a short walk to the beach. We would definitely rent this location again. The only down side was no rail for the older people to get in and out of pool.

A palace for a big family

Your house sleeps 28 but you only have silverware for 19. We had 22 people and we’re always washing forks. Need more hooks for towels in bathrooms. Need umbrellas for pool area. Sun is overwhelming. A second washer and dryer would be welcome. Your ice machine was a godsend. The second refrigerator was great. Loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. The bunk beds being queen sized were great. The pool table needs a rack, more pool cues and chalk. The fire alarm went off several times due to oven not being clean. The mattress on first floor left bedroom was excessively firm. The golf cart was a fantastic perk. All in all, the pros outweighed the cons and we would rent it again.
