Comfortable and Clean

This property was accurately displayed in the photos. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and house was clean. The golf cart was great, didn’t need to use our car. The patio was small, but the host put up fencing for our small dog which was perfect for her!Lovely property!

Belle place

Nous avons vécu un beau séjour. Le kart a été indispensable et le paysage était magnifique. La plage avec son sable blanc et son eau cristalline était la plus belle que j’ai vue jusqu’à maintenant. Nous avons également passé de beaux moments dans la piscine chauffée.La maison était idéale pour notre groupe de 7 personnes. Nous n’avons pas manqué d’espace. Cependant, un bbq au propane aurait été le bienvenue et un peu plus de papier de toilette.Merci pour tout

A great visit again!

W stayed here after already staying in August. We loved this exact rental so much we looked for it again. It works so perfectly for our family. Our only complaint is the temperature control in the unit, it's a bit warm for us. But otherwise, excellent.

Thanksgiving stay

The positives stay are as follows...the location is great,the ability to bring our dogs a huge plus, the kitchen was well equiped. The negatives were that the floors were filthy when we got there, the back door lock was broken and would not lock, there were no beach towels and we have never rented a condo where they were not available, the dishwasher needs to be replaced as it sounds terrible and very loud, the overall appearance of the condo needs to be updated with paint, and there needs to be outlet available by the beds in the main bedroom.

Good Place, Good Price

Great location! Close to highway, 5 minute ride to the beach. My family utilized the golf cart for the majority of time we were on the resort. You CANNOT check in early on your date of reservation because the code does not go active until your start time. One thing that could be done better is providing detailed information on your perks and what amenities the resort has to offer. I had to ask security and staff members where certain things were and had no idea about the pool which was beach side. I have stayed on this resort 3 times and I plan to return again.

Great home away from home

This was such a great rental. It was our first time to stay on the wharf side of Sandestin. But we loved it and the golf cart was the best bonus. It gave us a chance to explore and see other areas of Sandestin. The place was clean and everything worked well. I would easily stay there again. Highly recommend!!

Nice place. Golf cart is wonderful

The place is nice and clean. Spacious with lots of sleeping options. The rental company responds quickly if you have any questions at all. The beds are hard but that's typical. The king bed is the soft one. Loved the tunnel access to the beach. Lots of new towels and plenty of extra blankets. One thing to note is the air conditioning doesn't keep up very well. We didn't get below 75 our stay. That's not uncommon for Florida it didn't feel overly hot. Overall, nice place and would book it again.

So much space

We stayed for a long weekend getaway and love how much space this property provides. There are three bedrooms plus a bonus space (with doors and a twin bed with trundle) as well as a sleeper sofa. We had plenty of room for everyone. The golf cart made everything so convenient! You really don’t even need to leave the San Destin Resort unless you want to, everything is there. The neighborhood is nice and shady and great for walks. Two pools were nice and family friendly. We loved that our dog could come with us since the property is pet friendly! My one complaint is that the dryer was not working properly. The clothes would get hot but not dry. I did alert management and they had someone out the same day, unfortunately it did not fix the problem and as it was our last day - we just let them know and laid our clothes out to dry. Overall a great trip.

We have been going for 6 years to San destin. This was by far the best! Check in was so easy and the house is located in a great area and is absolutely gorgeous! We look forward to booking next year!

Perfect getaway

Everything made simple for arrival and departure and home was clean and welcoming as family of 5 perfectly comfortable along with 2 dogs who enjoyed cart rides everyday. Golf cart made things so simple as kids could take car and explore while wife and I could take cart and do pools and shopping all within such easy access to resort. Thanks for the beautiful home to enjoy such great quality family time.

Great comfortable stay

Everything we needed

This home had everything we needed. The golf cart was great. The home was clean and spacious. We were close to Baytown wharf and just a few minutes from the beach. Never left the complex. The boys played on 2 different golf courses. Beautiful place and we can’t wait to go back!

Would rent again-

Our family, especially my son, enjoyed the golf cart. Probably more than the beach and pool! Having the golf cart is the reason we booked this rental and the fact it was 1 story so no stairs for my kids. The location was perfect. Extremely convenient to the beach and baytowne. The only thing negative I could say was the floor was not as clean as I believe it could of been and left our feet very dirty. Oh! And the housekeeping showed up to clean the house a day early. I explained we do not check out until the next day, but they did not speak English, so we used google translate. Other than that everything was perfect. Looking forward to another stay.
