Great place to stay!

We loved this house! Upstairs is great for a family with kids. The screened in back porch overlooks the golf course. The best part was that it offered two golf carts so parents can spit up with their children and do different activities. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Broken AC and property description is wrong

First off this home air conditioner was a problem nearly our entire trip. I found out afterwards that the ac problems had been previously reported but must have never been fixed, so our family had to suffer for the poor management of this property. We had a Saturday to Saturday rental. On Monday we noticed the house was hot at 78 degrees and not cooling. Tuesday I called about it twice. By Friday someone came to see about the ac. This is completely unacceptable. No apology was given nor any compensation. This home does NOT have 3 full bathrooms! And the bedroom description is also WRONG! There are only 2 full bathrooms. One is located downstairs in the main bedroom. The other full bathroom located upstairs has only a small shower. There is not an en-suite bed/bath upstairs. There is not a king bed upstairs. To sum it up- we got screwed! Paid for a house that didn’t fit the description and the ac was broken most of the week. Oh and small roaches come out at night in this house.

Beautiful home, great neighborhood!

We absolutely LOVE Laurel Grove as a neighborhood, and this lovely house is the perfect home to unwind during your time on Sandestin. The house was so clean, the amenities were great, golf carts were flawless, and the few items we had to talk with the rental agency about were handled quickly! Highly recommend this house for your next stay 😁

Restful retreat in a prime location!

We thouroughly enjoyed our getaway at Laurel Grove. We found the location to be perfect for our family! Having the pool just around the corner and The Grand and Baytowne for shopping and dining just a short golf cart ride away, made for a fun and memorable getaway for our entire family. My husband and I loved coffee on the screened porch in the mornings and peaceful walks around the neighborhood with the dogs in the evenings. The home was clean, spacious and very tranquill-exactly what we were hoping for on our Spring Break vacation!

Overall a Good Stay

This was a good stay overall. Overall areas for improvement: 1. Loved the golf carts, but it was a pain swapping them in and out with the vehicles 2. Initially, the place had a humid, musty smell. I suspect that it must have been closed up for a while. We opened it up and let it air out and it was fine.

Wonderful, and will come again.

Our favorite part besides the perfect home was having the golf carts. We were able to run to the grocery store, starbucks, shopping, beach, amusement park, delicious restaurants, etc. Just so much to do. Next we will rent the chairs and umbrellas on the beach instead of hauling our own. The back porch was always breezy, very structured but relaxed atmosphere and neighbors are very friendly. Just wonderful all around.

Highly recommend

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was very clean, no bugs, and very well taken care of. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The golf carts were great to have for us to use. The grocery store is just right around the corner and the Baytown Wharf area was a great place for us to hang out, especially with the kids!

Beautiful Property in Laurel Grove

Our family experience was lovely! This beautiful cottage house is nestled in a gorgeous neighborhood and has all the amenities you could hope for. The house is very clean and spacious. Everyone had their own room and bathroom plus the kitchen is a perfect size for cooking meals like you would back home. The screened in porch on back of house was relaxing to watch the golfers go by. The golf course provides a peaceful view. For transportation, The golf carts are not only fun for the kids but practical for traveling around this gated community. You do not need a rental car! The beach, the grocery store and Baytown wharf is a short golf cart ride away. Thanks for providing basic beach chairs and umbrella, that was a bonus and helpful.
