The house was great for our large group to spread out with the kids. The beach and pool access through the resort was extremely easy and accommodating.

Great stay…big house, convenient beach access!

Great location & plenty of room. House checked all the boxes for us. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds & easy access to the beach. House had plenty of linen & terry, bathrooms & kitchen were well appointed. Mini fridges on every floor & stand alone ice maker in kitchen was really convenient. Side note…many STR’s have leftover S&P, spices, coffee filters, etc from previous guests…can be helpful; not this one; you’ll need to bring everything. Constructive feedback…TV’s all had a hard time connecting to network…hot water on top level took 10 mins to get hot. A few of the window shades are broken. Pool coping yellowing…makes it appear dirty.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful, clean house, clean pool, lots of space for family of 17 of different ages, everything close by. Community beautiful and safe for all time of day and night. I will definitely be returning to the paradise villa soon!!!

Awesome House for family of 11!

Overall very pleased with the space and location of this property! Very close to but not on the beach where we typically stay when in Destin Views of the ocean are very limited. The home layout was perfect for our family of 11 and provided all the essentials needed. We didn’t use the pool because it was a bit cold but looked very clean. Two of the beds had sand in the sheets the first night but we cleaned the sheets and all was okay. The dishwasher backed up and maintenance was supposed to fix it but never came. This happened 2 days before leaving so it wasn’t that big of a deal Overall, we will definitely consider renting again in the future!!!

Description online was totally accurate, with a few things missing…Ice maker…definite plus, and a Keurig coffee maker! Plenty of utensils, dishes, cookware, towels, eating spots..both outdoor and inside. Wish there was an option for the pool to be heated and maybe a few more dish towels and pot holders. It was nice to have access to the condos across the street. Although my son was really looking forward to using the workout equipment but we were told we couldn’t use that. Only issue we had was a water main break which was found fast. Only problem with that was with the city came to fix it they didn’t warn when the water was going to be shut off….no fault of yours. John from La dolce vita was great. Overall great experience. Would consider renting again if we are ever back in the area.

A very enjoyable vacation for everyone in the family

We have stayed at several different places in Florida around Panama and Destin. And all in our family has stayed this was by far the best place we have stayed at. When we looked at the pictures we really liked the place. But many places are not as good as the photos make it out to be. But this place looked everything like the photos. If was clean plenty of towels plenty of space for the 13 of us beds were nice and comfortable(except let out couch bed but none of them are ever comfortable). The bathrooms were very nice and clean. The kitchen had nice appliances in it had and extra ice maker which was really nice for larger groups. The parking was a little tight but if managed correctly you can park 4 cars. The extra amenities across the street at the Cresent was very nice. The kids enjoyed the pool there since the pool at the house was not heated. The location was great we could really walk to several places easily. Winn Dixie was very close by and the outlets are also in walking distance. We definitely had a great time at thus places and recommended it for family's. The only few things which are minor details that didn't bother us was that the cable channels are limited even tho you have tvs in all bedrooms only 2 TV are smart tvs that you can add your streaming apps to. Also if you have older ones traveling with you that may have difficulty going up stairs this house might not be for your family just depends on how many have difficulty with stairs. There is 2 rooms on the first floor only one suitable really for a couple the other is a bunkroom thats suited for the kids. And one of the showers on the first floor needs replacing as it leaks a little. And in the master bathroom upstairs one of the faucets leaks when you turn it on other than that everything was amazing. We will definitely love to come back to this house again. And the ocean reef customer service was 100 percent great quick to handle whatever we needed thank you so much!!! Hopefully see you next year

The stay was great the only thing was the inspector, pest control, and pool maintenance man came by. We were advised to look for the inspector at a certain time but it was hours later before they came.... it kinda felt like we were being invaded but over all the stay was good
