What a Blessing! Incredible house, incredible beach access!

House was wonderful and clean. All beds were so comfortable, and we had 17 people! Golf cart was the best! AC kept whole house cool in 85+ degrees. We had plenty of gathering space on main floor! Salt water pool was amazing! Kitchen was totally stocked and all appliances worked wonderfully! Top floor balcony ocean view was amazing and a wonderful breeze! Great for morning coffee! The beach access was amazing, private beach for us was incredible because public beach part was Packed! I would recommend this home to anyone. Thank you Frangista, La Dolce Vita and VRBO for your commitment to excellence.

Quiet and clean for this area

The house was very clean and roomy enough for our extended family of 19. This was our first time to this area and while it is more touristy than we prefer, we were thankful for the quiet of this neighborhood. Several lots are still under construction which affects the overall aesthetic of the neighborhood. I imagine this will improve with time. We had a few small maintenance issues which were addressed while there. A few suggestions for improvement would be additional mirrors in the bedrooms, more towel hooks in the bathrooms, and a little more seating in the living room. We felt we got what we paid for- the home is lovely and probably has the best stocked vacation kitchen we’ve ever visited.

Worth the wait

I booked this property in November for our July vacation. William and his staff were top notch from the start! A new owner purchased the house after we decided to rent and I was a bit nervous but I was assured the Renovation would be great and it was. Very clean and spacious house, close to the beach and golf cart was perfect. I would highly recommend this property. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back.

Great family place

This house was wonderful for our whole family. We had 9 adults 1 teenager 3 kids and 1 infant. The rooms worked out perfectly and we all felt we had our own space. The pool was wonderful we were in it daily and the beach was right around the corner. We walked to the beach and used the golf cart. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Beach House

The house was perfectly located within minutes walk to the beach. The property provided a Golf cart and bikes , beach chairs and umbrellas which was awesome.!!!! The house was very clean, very nice decorations , lots of space for all of us, the pool was very clean too. The beautiful view from the top floor balcony was very romantic and perfectly also to do some morning workouts. This house is fabulous and we will definitely come back . Thanks Frangista Team you guys are an amazing Team

Great stay - nice neighborhood - private beach!

6 adults and 4 kids, plenty of room! - The house is big and comfortable and clean enough- I never feel like rentals are spotless, but it was in fine condition upon arrival. -Due to the pandemic we ate every meal at the house & had enough room for 3 in the kitchen to make meals - the kitchen is not huge, but fine for maneuvering if making big meals. The grill has a gas line which is very convenient, too. There is a mini fridge upstairs for extra cool-storage. -The house has two golf carts parked in the driveway. They should consider renting with the house for an additional fee! -The pool is very nice! Great size and there is plenty of seating around it. The outdoor shower made rinsing off easy. We loved the flyovers of the military planes practicing during the day, too. -There is a gas fire pit. We made s’mores one night which was fun for the kids. -The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, safe and clean. Mix of owners and renters- new builds and older homes. The locals are incredibly friendly. One offered beach toys for our kids to play with if we needed them as we walked by her home on our way back from the beach, and two different people offered my parents in their late 60’s a ride home on a hot day from the beach. Renting a golf cart would be wise if you have kids and a lot of stuff, however, there is lots of parking by the beach. The walk is totally manageable and easy without beach gear. -The private beach is very nice. We were so pleased. It was very easy to socially distance and we never felt like we had to “fight” for space. -They provide two umbrellas and some chairs. We didn’t use their chairs- but the umbrellas were great. We brought one, so it was nice to have the additional 2. -Due to Covid they removed beach towels. Linens are also dry cleaned which is nice but the bedding is very simple - sheets and a thicker blanket. Again, due to Covid and all linens having to be dry cleaned, so I understand- but setting expectations. -Rental company was nice to work with. Things have been stressful with the pandemic, and they did their best to keep us updated. They checked in mid-way through our stay which was a nice touch.

Great location and house for family vacation. Short walk to the beach.

Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. The house was clean. Short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the house included a huge supply of beach towels. My biggest reason for a 4 stars rather 5 is that the dryer wasn’t drying clothes well. It took us about 2-3 hours to dry one load of laundry every other day. Overall, it was a great house and the check out instructions are basic and easy.

Ocean Breeze is all we hoped it would be and more! The home was spacious and comfortable. It was a short walk to beach and the private pool was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Ocean Breeze was a perfect house for our family vacation. It was wonderful having king beds in 4 out of the 5 bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat/drink in. The upstairs room has a balcony with an amazing view. Every bedroom and the living room have flat screen TVs with cable box and DVD player. The location was amazing. We mostly drove the two blocks to the beach to take all of our gear. But you can definitely walk. The beach was private just for the neighborhood. It’s so pretty - white sand and blue water. The pool, which we got heated, was so nice to have. We’d spend part of the day at the beach and part in the pool. Recommended restaurants: Acme Oyster House, Pompano Joe’s, and Surf Hut. I’d stay in Ocean Breeze again. No recommendations for change.
