Nice location. Easy access to the pool. We used the King bed downstairs not very comfortable and made lots of noise. Uncertain about stability. All in all a nice visit. Enjoyed having the cart available

We loved the location of this property! It was so convenient being right next to the pool, and the beach was a quick golf cart or bike ride away. The VRBO was spacious and had plenty of room for our extended family vacation. Some extra towels and washcloths would’ve been helpful, as we had to do quite a bit of laundry to have enough. But overall, we had a great visit and hope to be back sometime!

The furnishings of the condo have some wear but they are clean and comfortable. The location very close to the large neighborhood pool but far enough away to not hear any of the noises coming from there. The beach club is close by and umbrella/chair set-ups are available to be rented at the yellow building on the beach.It was a great 8 days and from the first contact asking questions before we rented the owner responded in 10 to 15 minutes every time. Fantastic customer service.The refrigerator stopped cooling but we got an immediate response from the owner and he kept us updated as he reached out to his usual appliance repair company. When they did not respond in a timely fashion he pivoted to his backup who was already on a call in Sandestin so we were back in business before lunch.

Great Sandestin Resort location!

We had a great time. It is the perfect location with the pool close by and easy access to the beach. The golf cart was the best making it easy and fun to get to the beach and Baytowne. There was plenty of room for all of us. We would recommend it.

David was an excellent host, and we would absolutely stay here again. Having the golf cart to get to Baytowne Wharf, the beach, and the pickleball courts was a huge bonus. The villa’s location right next to the pool was also perfect.

Perfect location

The location of the room is close to the pool, Baytowne, and just a short walk or ride to the beach. We were surprised at how quiet it was at night. We heard no outside traffic. The only thing we had a problem with was the remote to the fans in the bedrooms run both of them. The first night my husband kept turning off the light and it would come back on. Little did we know our son was turning his on upstairs which turned ours on. Kind of funny once we figured out what was going on. It was a plus to have the golf cart included with the room. Owner was very friendly and communicated very well with us.

San Destin Beachwalk Villa

The Beachwalk Villas are the perfect place to stay in the San Destin resort. The villas are conveniently located to the beachside front gate; yet, they are a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The villas have been freshly painted and look brand new! They are conveniently located for all of the San Destin amenities on both sides of the road.

Loved everything about our stay

First time staying in Sandestin and we loved it. Great location. Well stocked with bicycles, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and toys. The golf cart was great for getting around to the beach as well as all of the other areas such as the Wharf. Beautiful sunset views from the beach area. Short walk to the shopping center that has delicious doughnuts as well as restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Super convenient to the pool area and lake for fishing. David was a superb and helpful host who quickly responded to messages. Definitely recommend!

This VRBO was Amazing and Perfect. The Host of the Property was very accommodating and great to work with, He worked with us when we had a family emergency and was definitely top notch customer service. The condo was in the perfect location on the property. The home was well stocked with all the necessary items. The golf cart, bikes, beach equipment was awesome to have on property. We cant wait to go back and stay here again

A little disappointing

We found and booked this place and looking at the pictures it seemed very nice, which it is but could use some more cleaning and upgrades for sure. We found so much dust and dirt on the lamps, hanging from the ceiling, on top of the fridge and when you open the cabinet doors, there was just so much. We contacted the owner and he said that he could send the cleaning crew back out or just refund us half our cleaning fee which is what we opted to do rather than have them come back and just half ass it again. The beds are not comfortable at all, very thin mattresses and seem a little old. The furniture in general seemed like it was reaching it's end of life. As for kitchen supplies, there was only one garbage bag for our entire 9 day stay which we knew they don't stock up the house but that was a bit odd, there is only one frying pan and one large pot and a couple smaller pots for cooking, the pots are very scratched and old and stick very badly. There is also no broom or dust pan for the entire condo, we bought one to have there and then left it for the next renters unless the crew takes them out. We also bought a few candles because it had a very stale odor in the condo, the upstairs bathroom exhaust fan is still not working, we saw in the comments that someone else complained about that and the response was that it had been fixed but it clearly had not. I think overall it just could use some major deep cleaning and some new furniture and it would be great again.

Townhouse.

The townhouse was clean and easy to access thru the gated community. It was a 3 minute drive to the beach; however, the golf cart made it so convenient. It entertained the littles with the short drive we had. The beach was beautiful!

Great stay

We’re a family with 4 kids and MIL and had a great time. We’ve been going to Destin for 10 years now and first time in Sandestin. This property had everything we needed and the owner was very accommodating by allowing us to bring both of our dogs. We were there during 4th of July and Sandestin had a wonderful fireworks show. The property had a golf cart which made it easier to get back and forth to the beach in a heartbeat and to the resort downtown. Property was just as described in pictures.

Rest and relax

The town home was in a great location. Lovely home. Close to everything. Short walk to grab a bite and treat. Golf cart was a plus to the beach. Bikes were provided but didn’t get to use. Beach chairs and things were also provided. Swimming pool was literally steps away. Thankful for the extra parking that was available. Definitely on the list to come back again. David was quick in answering questions. Thank you!

Nice Beachwalk Property

Love Sandestin. Our 1st time in Beachwalk. Nice place for our extended family trip. It’s an older property that needs a little TLC. It’s a very roomy property. The owner added a golf cart that made it so easy to get around Sandestin.

Family Vacation

Arrangements and overall stay was fine. There are a few small notables. - vent fan in upstairs bathroom didn’t work. - washing machine water mixer needs replacing or filter needs cleaning. Tried to wash with cold water only hot water would fill the tub. - no batteries in the remote in the master bedroom, had to replace the batteries I. The living room remote. Thank you for the use of your facilities.
