Step inside to a bright, extra-spacious living area filled with natural light and comfortable seating, perfect for gathering after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and comes stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Linkside is located in the beautiful gated community of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. It is located on the Bay side near the Linkside Conference Center, Fitness Center, and Village of Baytowne Wharf/Baytowne Conference Center. Pool and beach access are included.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change. Guests must sign a rental agreement that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. If unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.
