The house is nice but not new, no bikes like listed. Very small pool but the kids didn’t mind! There are beach chairs and cooler. The golf cart makes the trip to the beach very easy. Great location! Easy check in and fast responses from owner !

Great stay

This was a great stay in Destin. We do a family trip every year ans have stayed at many houses. This house was amazing. From the check in process to the check out. We had everything we needed. Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Had plenty of room for everyone. Would defined stay again.

Great week!

The house was perfect for our 12 family members! The teenagers loved the bikes and the golf cart for hauling chairs and coolers to the beach was a game changer for us! Deb was so sweet and helpful when we called to ask questions. Definitely a great choice for a home away from home!

Family beach trip

I can’t say enough good things about this house! I would definitely book again. Very clean and spacious! Close proximity to the beach as well as restaurants. The host Deb was amazing and responded very promptly to all texts. Thank you for an amazing week at the beach with my family!

Perfect for two families

We shared this rental with another family and found the space and accommodations to be very comfortable. The location to the beach was nice and easily accessible by walking or using the golf cart. The property manager/owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely say here again.

Great Spring Break Home

We stayed at this home with 2 other couples and 6 17 year old girls and had a wonderful time. The house was perfect and the location was great. They house provided everything we needed and the golf cart was a great addition. The host answered all of our questions and we would defiantly stay at one of their properties again.

Beautiful house

This is a great house, very clean with everything you need in the kitchen. The golf cart was invaluable as there was a lot of traffic. Hard to get parking for the beach but we managed. The pool was really nice and clean. It was small but plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 kids. It was great for cooling off. I would definitely recommend this house if you like being in the middle of everything. Lots of restaurants around. Pompano Joes is right down the street and we ate there when we were at the beach. You can go in your swim suit! Good food.

Great Stay in Miramar Beach

This property was perfect for our needs. Our family of 7 had plenty of room which provided privacy for all concerned. Garage had many beach type items to choose from such as chairs, a canopy and floating devices. Our host was very responsive to all our needs and went out of her way to help whenever needed. Great visit

Very clean! Plenty of room we had 10 people. Lots of beach goodies in garage. Buckets for kids, beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards. Pool small but lovely backyard. Kitchen well stocked. Enjoy!

Great location near Pompano Joes. House was clean and everything was great. Pool a tad small but the whole neighbor hood was same. Read in other reviews as well so wasnt disappointed when arrived. Overall great place and would do it again

Great house, good location and access to the beach!

The house was perfect for our small family. Very clean, great furnishings and appliances and our kids loved the bunk rooms. Golf cart made getting to and from the beach very convenient. Pool was a bit smaller than we expected but was still great to use to cool off after a day at the beach. We really enjoyed the stay.

Great house!

This house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids. Very spacious and clean. Pool area was a favorite hang out for all. Golf cart and bikes came with the house which was very nice as well as beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Location was perfect. Quiet location with an easy walk to the beach.

Great Property and Service

Wonderful property! We had an issue with the master shower faucet not turning off all the way and called the property manager immediately. A plumber came out within the hour to fix the faucet. Great service! Really glad we rented the golf cart bc the beach is too far away to walk. We had a great time enjoying each other’s company. Would highly recommended this property.

A Beautiful House For A Large Family

We booked this house for two families (cousins) after our separate condos were cancelled. The house was in great shape, clean, and very well stocked. Additionally, the vibe and decor got everyone in a beachy mood from the beginning. No actual negatives for this property, but a few notes for owners and future renters benefit. First, in the spring, heating the pool is a great option that had our kids swimming all day long. Second, the golf cart was a huge hit and totally worth the cost. Third, when using the front door keypad, give almond time between each button push, otherwise it might not work for awhile. Finally, one thing to note is that when kids are playing/splashing in the pool, a large puddle forms between the pool and the house, with the tile floors on the lowest level, this can be pretty slick, do be careful. All in all, a great place and we would definitely rent it again.

We were very disappointed at pool size. It was very deceiving in the photos., especially with the cost to heat it. We would recommend that there be more paper towels, toilet paper , garbage bags other than the ones that were put out. It’s a beautiful home and we were pleased with the cleanliness and efficiency of Pam to help with the few questions we had. We loved the 2 sets of double stacked washer and dryers, high chair and pack and play.”, as well as the amenities for the beach. Thanks again David and Cindy
