Dreams come true

This place was amazing. So much room for everyone to be comfortable, the pool was a nice size and very enjoyable. The house is in the best location, very close to the beach, you could either walk, or take the golf cart. I higly recommend this property. I would love to stay here again next year.

Beautiful home

We loved this property. Especially having king size beds in all four bedrooms! It was very spacious and the wrap around deck was amazing. The pool was very clean. We loved that the home was located on a private street with private gated beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

Good property but needs repairs

The property was super comfortable. A golf cart is needed for access to beach. Several lights were out, and failed to be repaired even though management company was aware of the situation. Pool pumps were repaired during our stay.

Good, could be better; needs golf carts returned

This property is located on a quiet, unique street. It is a long distance from the beach if you walk. In the past, the property included two golf carts and these were essential to making the property enjoyable and worth the price tag. The golf carts were removed from the property listing, even though this is a basic amenity that many other properties on the street have. When we expressed our disappointment, the property manager responded in a combative manner that suggested we weren’t the first to complain about the quietly removed golf carts. I would not recommend staying at this property until the golf carts are returned. They are essential to making this property enjoyable. On top of this, the house was not well cleaned—there was soot/dust on the floor that turned my guests’ feet black immediately upon arrival (before anyone had walked barefoot outside), so clearly the floors had not been mopped. The outer sides of the doors and windows were also covered in mildew and soot. This could be a great property, but it needs to be cleaned properly and given some TLC. Seems like no investment has been made in the property in quite some time.

Great place to stay!

Booking and communications with management company were excellent. The automated processes made things very simple. This is an older property that is essentially just like home. Great location, beach is within walking distance. Family friendly area with local services close by. Kitchen is well stocked and conducive to cooking in. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Overall a good experience.

Great Family Vacation

The property is exactly as advertised. Use of the golf carts to easily access the beach was amazing and made the trips a breeze. The location is situated in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to beaches, shopping, and entertainment.

Very functional for our family of six!

The listing is as advertised! Ocean reef management was outstanding in customer service. The weather was awful everyday but we still managed to make the best of it with the private pool and open floor plan of this property! Loved the landscaping and suprise orange 🍊 tree in the back yard! Only negative was a broken closet door in one of the bed rooms. It didn't bother us though so we didn't report it to management. Would 100% go here again! Great for families looking for a private pool getaway steps from the beach!

What you need

Overall this property has what you need in a vrbo rental close to the beach. It’s located about a block and a half from the ocean down a Rick alley. It has golf carts to get there and a portion of the beach to stay on. It has umbrella and chair rental that is set up for you. It has a nice pool and an open lot to spread out. Inside the rooms and living space is very functional, not fancy but useful. My only complaint with this property was the managements flexibility. We came during the Covid breakout and were not offered any alternative other than losing our money. Yes we could have purchased the insurance but that was before the virus outbreak and we felt this was an extenuating circumstance. We would have rescheduled but we were given no options. In conclusion this is a good ocean property that offers the things you need to have a good vacation but make sure your going to be there because there is no tolerance.

House is beautiful

Loved the house. Housekeeping needs to be better. Taking golf carts to beach was fast and easy. Road construction in front of main street causes some issues. Nice location and large comfortable living areas. Pool was nice to unwind in after a long day.
