Great location and clean

The location was perfect . The condo was clean. Communication was good with owner and great instructions for check in. The only issues we had was the upper level mattress needs to be replaced because there is a huge dip in one side and some of the interior doors didn’t shut or lock.

What a great place to stay

Loved the townhome and being right there for resturants and all the enmities at Baytowne Wharf and Sandestin. Had a few travel issues with another company. Was able to get this property booked to help resolve our issues and spoke directly to the property owner, to which he was a tremendous help. Will not hesitate to stay here again

Great location and property

My husband, mother, 5 children and I loved our stay at this property! Hosts were extremely easy to communicate with. Location is perfect to experience all the fun Baytowne Wharf has to offer as well as easy access to the beach. My 4 year old told me “this place is so beautiful” every time we entered the condo. Would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone!

The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. Very well stocked and maintained. We had a little difficulty finding where to park and location of unit but once we had that down, everything was perfect. Loved having the shops and restaurants at our fingertips. Would definitely stay again!

Everything we expected

This trip was everything we expected and more. We had an easy check-in process and the home had things that we brought with us and the home already had. The owners were easy to speak with and easygoing about things that I asked about. Surroundings with dinner, games, and fun activities kept us all busy. This by far was the best vacation for our family and this home was a major part why. Thanks for everything.

Comfortable and great location

We really enjoyed staying here. We were so close to all the shops, activities and restaurants of the baytowne wharf. The pool was very close and we ate several nights at the pool using the grill. The house was decently clean and had pretty much all we needed throughout the week. All the beds were great and we loved hanging in the living room together when we needed a break from the sun. We went during spring break so the beaches were very crowded at the resort but still a lot of fun. We never used the shuttle we felt like parking was easier near the beach and then we didn’t need to wait for the shuttle on either end. There were a lot of stairs which didn’t bother us at all but I think would be a problem for some people. The outdoor furniture could have used some cushions but we made do and really enjoyed our time here. The gated courtyard was nice and private and even though you were so close to the wharf the noise didn’t travel here and it felt really safe to let our children roam around the courtyard looking for lizards and other wild life. We would definitely stay here again.
