Great house. Had issues with the management company though

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. Would give this property 5 stars if it wasn't for the management company. Some issues we had:- Took a few days to get a response via email/VRBO. But when we called and left a msg, they were quick to respond. - The Hospitality app said check-in was at 5 but it was 4. They also gave us the wrong access code. - Pool does not look like the picture. When I called to report the issue, I was told they were aware of a broken pump but it was fixed and would be cleaned the next day. Pool guy came two days later. Said there was never a pump issue and that the plaster is stained. Was swimmable the whole time. This was frustrating as I have two young children who love to swim. One of the reasons we booked this property. We would still book this place again as we loved the house/location. Hopefully the management company can improve their communication.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beach was beautiful and the area of the beach was not super crowded. The street the house is on is very busy, but it didn't bother us as we spent most all our time on the beach. House felt clean and we enjoyed our stay!

Family Beach Time

Fabulous property! Location 5 star. All new appliances in house. Steps to the beach. Kids loved the bunk room and the pool. Community pool fun and only a few other guests when we went. Property management responsive. Easy check in. Golf cart a bonus!

This is a great property right on the beach! It’s a beautiful beach house and accommodated my family very well. The elevator made loading/unloading luggage from the 3 floors really easy. Looking forward to our next trip there!

As expected and then more!

We have been vacationing in Destin for the last 30 years and this was our first time renting a home from this management company. What a fantastic experience! We had two minor issues and the communication and response time was excellent. In regard to the home it was very well equipped and kept very well. The only thing I would improve on is the quality of the mattress in the master bedroom. Our family will rent this property again.

Love the location and the host was super easy to work with… Did have some air-conditioning issues… But they were quickly resolved. This is an older property and that does show would have more household things available for use and it was a little bit outdated.

Family Beach Vacation

This place is in the best location. Super easy access to the beach and plenty of room for our family. It would have been nice to know that the HOA doesn’t allow beach shade equipment other than umbrellas. One of the bathrooms had outlets that didn’t work but other than those two things this place was great!

Amazing stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property! The ease of access to the beach and great communication with property managers made this vacation stress free and relaxing. The on-site golf cart was very convenient and made riding around super easy. There is no better way to stay at Miramar Beach/Destin! We’re definitely interested in booking again in the future!

Family trip

This property is located in a great area. The beach is beautiful and only steps away from the property. Home home has some wear and tear and needs a handyman to fix a several things. For the price we felt that the rental should supply beach towels and several other normal amenities. The other thing that would be nice is if they had a binder about the property that included info about the home and area. The app they use is ok but only one person has all of the information and it was just the basic information at that. Property Management company was responsive and did repair one of the problems but could not resolve the issue with the little pool on the balcony. This property just needs a little love and it would be worth the money.

Beach Vacation

The house was exactly as described, and we had a great time! The beach was not crowded, and the golf cart was super fun and handy. Location was perfect; there were several places to eat, shop and a grocery store within a short distance.

Perfect location with beautiful Gulf views

I rented this home for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration. There were 6 of us in total (3 couples). The house was beautiful- just as described and the views of the incredible turquoise water was breathtaking. We had plenty of room to spread out (we all had bedrooms on separate floors). The golf cart was a hit- we enjoyed riding to a couple of local restaurants and cruising up to CVS for a couple of needed items. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of glassware, dishes, and cooking utensils. There was both a traditional coffee maker, as well as a Keurig which was a nice touch. They even had an air fryer if you are so inclined to need one. The only suggestion I would make is to have boxes of tissues in each bathroom and enough dishwasher/washing machine pods for the stay (they had no tissues and only 2 each of the pods) for a 5 day stay. Additionally, there were only two garbage bags, so we had to buy more of them as well. Since they don’t sell sample sizes at the store, you need to spend another $30-$40+ for ancillary items that I would consider standard for a luxury rental. However, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great vacation!

The property was very nice. Wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The bedding was not comfortable. The mattress pads did not fit well. The corners would pop off. Uncomfortable pillows. Some beds did not have top sheets.

Nice but pricey for maintenance and cleanliness.

The property is nice and the new bathrooms and kitchen were pretty. The elevator was a must and enabled 80 year old to enjoy a family trip. Location was good. Rooms nicely decorated but too many pillows on the bed. Floors were dirty and covers on dining chairs were nasty and stained. Looked like someone had peed in several chairs. We asked in advance for the pool to be heated but it was not. Golf cart was ok but not necessary and would have preferred the option to delete the cost and the cart since we were renting the property not the golf cart. Outside handle on sliding doors need to be painted or replaced. I live in Fl and understand the challenges. This property is billed and priced as “exclusive and upscale”. It needs some maintenance and cleaning to meet the expectations set in the description. All in all we had a good time. Thanks.

Wonderful house and location. Great balconies with view of beach. Large bedrooms. Great lay out for the four friends staying. However there were a few unwanted roaches and the outside. Jacuzzi, master tub and master outlets did not work.

A beautiful home in the perfect spot!

From the moment we got to the house, we had a great time! The location is awesome and the home is beautiful! So many high end touches! The golf cart was a blast! The only thing that disappointed was the small pool heater wasn't working. It would've been nice to relax in it and look at the ocean! I would still give it 5 stars!!!!!!

Great Location, Nice House

First the house was spotless and very nice. The elevator did not work, the golf cart is extra and there is no way to get in touch with anyone after hours. I sent emails during our stay trying to get the elevator working and no response. After we rented the house I got a call stating the golf cart was extra. Nothing in the description states it’s extra. Great location, very close to your neighbors, and the only way to the beach is through the downstairs bedroom. However, we had a very relaxing week.
