Spacious and comfortable beach house.

Wonderful property in the heart of Miramar Beach

Wonderful home located near the public area of Miramar beach. The home had great bedroom space. Small living room but the overall property and beach access make up for the first floor living room.

Great Beachfront property

This property was really nice. It was very clean and the property managers checked in to see how our trip was going. This is definitely was a 5 star property. The only thing I would change is to add lighting to the deck. Great vacation home.

Family vacation

The property is in a great location. It is easy access to the beautiful beach. It was clean, spacious and fit our needs of a large group , except that the elevator did not work properly and made it difficult for our older guests to get to their sleeping area. The rental company did try to fix it for us and we appreciate that.

We were a party of 19 (4 families)… Las Olas was perfect with lots of room! Very clean, great location and 2 separate laundry rooms. Within walking distance to Whalestail, Circle K and Alvin’s souvenir shop. Prompt response from host and maintenance personnel. Highly recommend!!

Great Family Get-a-way

We had 22 in our group and fit perfectly! We were right on the beach, had 3 complimentary beach umbrellas (needed with the heat), decks on each floor, and 2 washers and dryers. The beach is clean and the water perfect. Everyone says they would love to go back in a heartbeat! Also, the property manager responded immediately to any concerns/ issues we had. Great experience!

Clean but small

The property has nice bedrooms with a selection of different size beds and multiple pull out couches. The living space and kitchen are quite small to accommodate all the guests. Kitchen has basic supplies but was lacking in the pots and pans department. Very close to the beach with nice views from the kitchen and different balconies. Fireplace does not work.

Just a few suggestions for improvement

Our main concerns were safety of the toddlers. The front door does not latch so one of our 2 year olds opened the door and wandered onto the driveway. Also, there needs to be an alarm on the back door (as well as front) to safeguard little ones from wandering out back and into the pool. But we LOVED how there were many amenities within walking distance. The house was perfect size for our group and you couldn't beat the distance from the beach.

FAMILY VACATION

This property is in a GREAT location. On the beach and close to restaurants and lots of things to do for all ages. I will be looking to rent this property again!!!!!!!!!

wonderful vacation

House was fine, however the beach is supposedly private but with no sign indicating private we were constantly asking people from to move. I noticed our neighbors had the same problem. My family enjoyed the house, the area and the beautiful ocean. Good trip!

Hidden fees

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. Unfortunately we were there when they closed the beaches. So the kids could not get in the water. The rental itself was very reasonable. But the VRBO fees were ridiculous. The same amount as the rental itself. We will not use them again. We will go straight to the rental company.

Lovely home on the beach!

Five Star Property was wonderful to work with, responded immediately with our few minor concerns. We will definitely consider renting through them again! Home was lovely and perfect for our family of 14. Having a small covered pool was great for our little ones. Plenty of towels for our group. Only two suggestions for the home owners: Put a mirror in each bedroom. The only mirrors were in the shared bathrooms, made it tricky for the gals trying to get ready at the same time! Put some kind of felt pads on the bottom of the kitchen chairs. The noise scooting them on the tile floor was really loud! Other than that, a perfect beach getaway!

Beachhouse 2019

This beachhouse was amazing, so much room...loved the setup! Enough room for our group of 14, even had room for a few more! Enjoyed being right on the beach, the cabana boys that came and set up our beach chairs and umbrella's, and took them in, having an icemaker was a huge plus. Very close to anything and everything! The 4 bikes were a plus. When calling in Only had a few things that would make it less stressful... some type of latch on the front door, youngins could easily get out and get hit by the heavy traffic. The back patio needs some type of light, lower back door won't latch, (stuck).pool has too much chloring, surrounding sound on lower level TV wasn't working.shelving in refrigerator. Let guests know to take trash bin to road on trash pick up days.

Beautiful house with an amazing beach front view

This was the 2nd year in a row that my family and extended family stayed at Las Olas. The house is beautiful, clean and has plenty of space for our family of 18 people. Our favorite thing about this house is that it is right on the beach! This was a huge selling point for our family as it give you the freedom to come and go on and off of the beach with ease without hauling a bunch of stuff. I hightly recommend this property!

Everything was wonderful except the rusted table on the deck. One of our family members cut their toe on the rust and had to get medical attention on vacation. The house is perfect for a large group. Very neat and clean. Thanks so much!

We love love love this awesome beach house!

This awesome house has it all! The beautiful beach and the ocean are right at your back deck. The bedrooms are very spacious, comfortable and relaxing with beach views from most of them. The house was perfect for our large group of 20 people of all ages. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and it is close to many restaurants, some even in walking distance. The extra den on the second level is just outside the bunk room and just right for the kids. Our kids loved having their own space. The master suite is amazing and the elevator is a life saver! Believe me, you will love this beach house and will not want to leave at the end of your stay at Los Olas!!!
