Only problem we had is the golf cart was dead when we tried to use it and had a water leak in the downstairs bathroom leaking from the ceiling. Happy with our stay.

4th of July vacation

We have been to the Sandestin/Mirimar Beach area multiple times and this was our favorite property so far. We loved having 3 bathrooms and 3 private rooms. The living room area is spacious and very comfortable. The back patio was great for relaxing and grilling. We loved the pond behind the property. The kids had fun fishing and watching the turtles. It was very close to the beach and a short golf cart trip to Baytowne Warf. We also loved the small shops just on the other side of the fence. Overall great location and great property!

Wonderful Retreat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was just as described. It was a newly updated, very spacious townhome. We had a great stay. We are actually staying in the unit again soon. The bedrooms are great. The kitchen is fantastic. The living room is very spacious and cozy. The beds are super comfortable. It’s a great condo overall. The golf cart is great for a family of four or smaller. The only negatives would probably be the dryer doesn’t dry great, and the upstairs balcony is a little concerning, and could probably use a few repairs. Overall this is one of the best units we have stayed in at the beach!

Relaxing Getaway

Great property! My family and I had a wonderful stay. The pictures reflected the property. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The couch was large enough for all of us (6 adults) to lounge around and relax together. And the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and store leftovers. The one thing that we found funny, and didn't expect from the photos, was the height of the master bed. It's a tall one but super comfy. The one caveat, parking is a premium and the golf cart which needs to be parked in front of the house to charge, doesn't have a dedicated parking spot. A couple of times we came back with the cart and there weren't any parking spots close enough to charge. You might need to do a little golf cart parking musical chairs, but if you find that you can't get a spot and need to charge, call the property management and they can send someone to assist. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fall Vacation 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo. Positive: Nice size flatscreen tv 80”. Comfortable beds. Nice showers. Nice deck(very spacious). Gas grill( cooked hot dogs). Very comfortable furniture-large sectional, nice dining room table. Negative: pet hair in the rug( big turn off), fortunately they had a vacuum cleaner. A plastic cup I filled with water to set by the night stand wound having some kind of film floating in it. It was dark when I filled the cup, I took a sip and immediately felt something in my mouth fortunately I spit it out before swallowing it. The parking in front of the condo became somewhat of a turn off not enough parking for golf carts and some neighbors had 2 cars I feel like there should be at least one reserved spot for each unit. If the owners have a golf cart they should be concrete slab in the yard to allow for charging and parking this would help the eliminate unavailable parking spots for guests

Annual Family Vacation

This property was okay but I personally feel like I’ve over-payed. This home is located in San Destin resort and for those who aren’t familiar: it’s a huge community. This property is located within a gated community with other villas, hotels, homes, condos, townhomes, etc. The beaches were absolutely packed with nowhere to comfortably sit or see the water. The ride to the beach was quick but it is definitely not walking distance. Also, check in did not go smoothly. We arrived early, as we were told no one would be in our home after we were offered an additional night to check in early. Once there, the door code would not work to open the doors and we were told that “there was nothing that could be done about opening the doors early”. It also made me feel indifferent after observing that the sliding glass door located on the front of the villa patio was left unlocked and cracked opened. Surrounding neighbors were inconsiderate with parking when it came to our personal vehicles and the golf cart that is advertised with this rental. Lastly, we had to purchase day passes for the fitness center that is advertised. We were originally told we could share a four day pass between my husband and I for $38. The second day we went, we were then told something completely different and the four day pass that we were told we could share then became a one pass per visit per day. Also, we never received a shuttle pass as advertised. Overall gave 3/5 stars for the home being updated.
