Fabulous rental, we highly recommend it. Perfect, very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated side unit with great sunlight. Walk to beach and other sections of Sandestin or have fun with the golfcart. Our grandchildren’s favorite part of the vacation.

New Year Vaca

We really enjoyed the stay, loved being so close to the beach and Baytown! Kids loved it. Nice perfect size house. And the shopping center outlet malls very close.

Great location and amenities

We absolutely loved our stay here. There was so much to do and the condo had everything we needed. We loved the ease of using the golf cart to get around. Would definitely recommend!

Everything we needed and more!!

This town home was a perfect match for our family of 4. Everything looked exactly as pictured. The location was great with not having to leave Sandestin if you didn’t want to! The golf cart was definitely a plus as well!! We enjoyed it so much! Also, being able to fish by the patio out back was wonderful for our son! We enjoyed every minute at this rental and plan to come back! I can’t give it enough stars!!

The property is ideally located and well appointed. My Vacation Haven does a great job as property manager and they are very responsive. The house is backed up by a lake where we watched turtles and fished. The pool is within walking distance. The golf cart included in the rental was great for driving around the property and to the beach. Highly recommend this unit. Bonus beach closet with everything you could possibly need. Can’t wait to come back!

The Best Day are Beach Days!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is just as it looks. Super clean, updated, and had everything we needed! Having the golf cart to drive to the beach was perfect! The beach closet was a huge surprise and had everything one could need to take to the beach! The back patio was so relaxing and peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying here! I only had 2 minor issues. The dryer is ventless (which there are signs posted that drying time can take longer). Four hours and clothes still weren't dry. I like to have laundry done before heading home, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The other hiccup was parking. There was a spot for the golf cart and one spot for a vehicle in front of the townhome. A couple times someone parked in both spots, and we were left w no where to park. I checked with the person at the gate and they said the parking spots weren't assigned. So just be aware of that.

Amazing Townhome

This townhome was amazing. It looked just like the pictures and was very clean. The place was updated with the decor and furnishings being modern, and beautiful with a beach house feel. The kitchen was stocked for your cooking needs. The beach closet was also stocked with chairs, floats, umbrellas and fishing poles. It was really nice being on an end unit that seemed to have more space and privacy. The lake views from the house and patio were pretty and it was peaceful and relaxing out there. We were informed the dryer was going to be serviced while we were there, but we were able to still use it. The dryer just took longer to dry. They had signs letting us know and we just ran the loads two times. The golf cart was definitely a plus and fit all 6 of us and our beach gear nicely. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Wonderful Getaway

We’ve vacationed in Sandestin for the last 5 years and this was by far our favorite place to stay!! The townhome was in great condition and extremely clean. The location was very relaxing. Loved it!!

Great place to stay!

It was clean. Convinent. And perfect because it was at the corner end of the villa. Great views. The most well equiped kitchen we've ever had. Had everything you need for the beach and in good shape.

The property was very, very clean when we arrived which is always a plus for me. It was the perfect size for me, my husband, two kids and my mom. The golf cart was an awesome plus. We had one issue with the golf cart, but we reached out to the property management and it was fixed very quickly. The only downside... if you want to call it that... is the property has a ventless dryer. So, it takes a very, very long time for a load of beach towels to dry. We just had to be diligent about washing the towels as soon as we returned. So, no real issue. Would recommend.

Sandestin Heaven

This property was perfect for our vacation. The golf cart was so nice to have. We drove it to the beach, to golf, and to dinner, breakfast, dessert and shopping. All of the food that was so close by was amazing. Anything from a finer dining experience to subs and chicken fingers. If you cross the road by the traffic light, there is an underground tunnel, take it and stay off of the bush road! We discovered this on our last day. The house was immaculate inside and out and the beach closet provided everything you need for the beach. I would definitely book this place again!!

Overall very good

We had some small issues upon arrival like the golf cart being missing but no one told us about it so we had to call and ask. We also had a couple cockroaches to deal with. That said...we called the property managers and they were excellent and seemed to really care and tried to help. We had internet issues for most of a day (sounds like several in the area did as well) and two guys showed up to try to help. Nothing terrible and we were grateful for the help. The kids loved the pools and golf cart the most. Easy to get to the beach too. Overall, nice place and despite the small troubles we'd definitely come back again.

Perfect!

Everything was so clean, and perfect! We loved the location, as it was close to everything. Everything that was needed for cooking, was available at the house. The golf cart was a major plus! We took it to the beach, to get icecream, dinner, to visit Baytown Warf, and just had fun exploring the resort. We are already planning our next vacation!

This property is very nice. It has everything you need for a mini vacation.

This property is beautiful and has everything you need for a mini vacation. However, the reason for a one star review, we traveled by vehicle from Texas for a 10 day vacation thinking we would have a washer and dryer. Upon arrival the washer was broken and could not be fix. Their solution to this problem was to reimburse me $84 total and told me to go to a laundromat. Not a solution on my vacation is to sit in a laundromat. They did give me a stack of towels if that helps. It didn’t in my book. Signed, One Sour Family

Loved the Location & Condo!

This is by far one of our favorite condos that we’ve stayed in! Just as beautiful and comfortable as it looks in the pictures. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals and the rental also included some beach toys and chairs. This is a nice, safe and beautiful neighborhood. We will stay again!
