No outside golf carts are allowed within the resort. Only golf carts if included with rental properties that are registered to a homeowner are allowed. This is strictly enforced by Sandestin security.

Please note this property gets regular pest control treatments as part of the neighborhood HOA.

Guests have access to the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort beach, two pools, restaurants, bars, golf courses, tennis courts, basketball courts, miniature golf, and shops all within the resort. The resort includes the Village of Baytowne Wharf which has lots of activities for the whole family including live music, playgrounds, ropes course, zip-line, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The grocery store, liquor store, gym, movie theater, more restaurants, and shops are just outside the resort at Grand Boulevard. You can't go wrong with this place!
