The house is beautiful! Out of all the ones we have stayed at in Sandestin over the years, this one is by far our absolute favorite. The layout is great and so spacious. We did encounter a problem with the golf cart. It was not working so we didn’t have one for our stay. The property management company handled that situation the best they could with a completely dead (motor bad) golf cart. We made it anyway just fine with our cars. Laurel Grove community is so very nice! I will definitely save this one for the future.

We absolutely adored this place! The house was just the right size for my family of four. My son had a blast fishing in the pond out back every day, and the golf cart was a real game-changer. It was so convenient to take it everywhere we needed to go, from Publix to restaurants, shops, and even the beach. The only downside was that the bedroom upstairs didn’t get as chilly as the rest of the house. But overall, everything else was fantastic!

Golf getaway

Convenient location for golf, Grand Blvd. and outlet mall. Less crowded than beach properties. Only negative was that the property description indicated a sofa sleeper with linens that is not there.

Great fun stay!

Property was super nice and spacious. Golf cart to Publix was super clutch. Went for my birthday week, had a blast! Everything was in driving/cheap uber distances! Beautiful location and simply comfy modern house!

Great experience!

This home was so wonderful. We had a great stay. The location in the neighborhood is a very short walk to the community pool and the pond out back makes for a relaxing setting while the kids enjoy feeding the turtles and fish. The gold cart was the perfect way to get around the resort. The rooms in the home were large with comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything we needed to feel right at home. We will stay here again with no hesitation.

Perfect!! House was great and resort is phenomenal!

Sandestin is the perfect family vacation destination! The house was perfect for our family of four and very spacious. We drank coffee every morning on the back covered patio as we looked out upon the lake and watched the golfers. It was also great to have the option of the beach or pool. The community pool is heated and very nice and the beaches are the most beautiful that I have seen. The golf cart was probably the biggest perk. We would take it to the Wharf every evening and have dinner. So many good restaurants and activities to do at the Wharf! Eat at Another Broken Egg Cafe for breakfast! You can even drive your golf cart to Publix for groceries. I was hesitant to stay in a house because I thought I would miss a beachfront condo but having access to the golf cart was better than having a beachfront condo for our family. The resort is so big that having a golf cart was so handy. We did not have to drive once while we were there. Can’t wait to go back or move their when we retire!
