    You will fall in love with this beautifully designed Laurel Grove cottage in The Resort! Our location is ideal……just steps from the Laurel Grove clubhouse where you will find a heated swimming pool, hot tub, mini-kitchen, outdoor grill area and state of the art exercise room. The neighborhood also features several ponds for guests to fish. If you are looking for entertainment, restaurants or shopping, the Baytowne Wharf is a short golf cart ride away. The sandy white beaches of the Resort are a 10-12 minute golf cart ride from the home.

    Everything is top of the line, and no detail has been overlooked! With a touch of sophistication, our cottage is designed in earthy colors and sleek furnishings. The master bedroom is on the main floor and features a king bed, private bath with large soaking tub, and separate shower. A guest bedroom on the main floor offers a king bed and private bath. Upstairs you will find a spacious and private third bedroom with two queen beds and a bath. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Our sunny dining area seats six with additional kitchen bar seating. Sit outside on the back porch and take in a peaceful view of the golf course and pond.

    CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

    NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Great golf cart and easy to get to and close enough to everything yet far enough from most of the crowds. Loved the stay and will highly recommend to anyone. We absolutely adored this place! The house was just the right size for my family of four. My son had a blast fishing in the pond out back every day, and the golf cart was a real game-changer. It was so convenient to take it everywhere we needed to go, from Publix to restaurants, shops, and even the beach. The only downside was that the bedroom upstairs didn’t get as chilly as the rest of the house. But overall, everything else was fantastic!

Golf getaway

Convenient location for golf, Grand Blvd. and outlet mall. Less crowded than beach properties. Only negative was that the property description indicated a sofa sleeper with linens that is not there.

The house is beautiful! Out of all the ones we have stayed at in Sandestin over the years, this one is by far our absolute favorite. The layout is great and so spacious. We did encounter a problem with the golf cart. It was not working so we didn’t have one for our stay. The property management company handled that situation the best they could with a completely dead (motor bad) golf cart. We made it anyway just fine with our cars. Laurel Grove community is so very nice! I will definitely save this one for the future.

A Wonderful Fall Break

We love staying in Laurel Grove. It's close to the beach without the noise, crowds and traffic. This is our fifth year staying in this neighborhood. Our house was clean, quiet, and peaceful. It had all the amenities we needed. We always enjoy the golf carts as our main mode of travel to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The 6 person cart accommodated our entire family including all of our beach gear. The back porch was our favorite spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and watching our guys on the 18th green at The Raven course . We hope to stay here again!

House needed a few things. Vacuum should be checked .. noticed water under the kitchen sink. Had to call guest services several times to fix issues.

Happy we got a house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time we rented a house at Destin, instead of a beach condo. It rained almost every day during out week long trip and we were glad we had the extra room along with the screened in back porch and the golf cart was a big bonus. Kids loved every minute of it. Definitely a different type of trip, but the beach was still convenient to get to with about a 10 or 12 minute golf cart ride. Would stay here again for sure.

We love the house, we love the location, and we love the setting. My favorite part is sitting on the back porch in the morning with a cup of coffee. I’m watching the ducks swim in the pond. I’m watching the joggers run the golf cart path along the fairway across the pond. We love it so much that we came home and reserved the same house for the same time next year.

Great Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay with really only one issue! The Clothes Dryer did not work for 5 of the 7 days we were there. We were alerted to the issue on Sunday evening our first day by the management company and that they would have someone out tomorrow to fix it but no one came out until Thursday afternoon to fix it...This did impact our stay especially with 7 ppl in our party. I was told we would receive compensation for not having a dryer.. We got $162 back...lol Since we knew we were going to have a Washer/Dryer we did not bring a ton of clothes.. So this was a major impact on our stay. However other than this one issue we really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations!

We loved having a golf cart. We had plenty of room for 6 of us. The kids enjoyed fishing right outside the back door.
