Esta muy bien, lo único que me ofrecieron un sofá cama pero no dejaron ropa de cama para el! Por lo demás me pareció muy bien!

Muy buena en general pero no perfecta
El precio y la calidad estuvo muy bien. Creo que en el área del desayuno es donde tienen oportunidad de mejorar. La forma en que ponen el huevo have las cosas complicadas para todos ya que ni ellos pueden ver que tanto huevo queda y nosotros tenemos que esperar ya que constantemente se está acabando y ellos tardan un poco en darse cuenta y volver a preparar más. Cuando van a rellenar, se llevan los contenedores aunque estén a la mitad, imposibilitando que uno se pueda servir, sería mejor si tuvieran un reemplazo ya listo.

The staff at the Hyatt really made our vacation stay amazing. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and polite. Even the breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was great at making our family trip to Florida one to remember. From the first woman who checked us in, to the great Jamaican bartender who talked and laughed with us, to the gentlemen who worked later and helped us get the fire pit set up. They made it a great stay. Thank you!

Friendly staff nice rooms a lot and I mean a lot of shopping and dining nearby it’s like a small city as soon as you walk outside and there are restaurants that are on the water that are nearby like the crazy crab and etc

This was very nice. However, the breakfast was lacking. Eggs are powdered and quite inedible. Toaster wouldn’t work one day. I know it’s free, but it should at least be tasty. Come on Hyatt. The pillows are very short and uncomfortable, and the covers/sheet were also very short—couldn’t being them up to one’s shoulders without undoing the bed completely. The area is very nice, though.

The property was great only thing that needs work is the bed and pillows. They suck but overall the hotel is excellent

Great place to stay . Internet was a little sketchy and housekeeping didn’t clean our room ( we asked them not to one day ) . Front desk was great , happy hour , full breakfast every day , room was great . Great location . 5 stars . Would stay here again .
