Great Stay

My friends and I (10 people) had a wonderful time at this house. Our trip had some sporadic rain so using the pool was a life saver. We really enjoyed staying here.

Good location

The house and pool were great! Some things could use attention or replacing such as pots and pans, board games, PlayStation games didn’t work, dryer vent was detached, and triple bunk bed was missing a lot of hardware making it unsafe to sleep on.

Family time

The house was beautiful and located in a safe, very clean neighborhood with a gated community and a clean beach. We are a family of six, and the house could easily accommodate more people. It was only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and afterward, we enjoyed the pool. We were glad we opted for the heated pool, especially in the chilly weather.The house had everything we needed for our stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our family time!

Beautiful (Easy) Vacation

Communication with the owners of the house was very efficient and friendly. Tasks and rules were labeled around the house and organized in the welcome guide. Our vacation was so smooth & easy. Highly recommend this house. Very short walk to the beach. Great little private neighbor for walks. Neighbors are friendly and we even made friends with some of the dogs that lived nearby. Plenty of shopping, things to do, and places to eat (also neatly organized in the owner's welcome guide). Short drives to the airport, grocery, morning coffee, and all of the other essentials. Not being from Florida, it could be very overwhelming traveling with a group of 12, ages ranging from 3-56, but we never ran out of things to do even with it being mostly overcast and rainy for our stay. More importantly, it fit us all comfortably and provided everything we needed. The washer & dryer was very handy! The pool & outdoor area was a great set up and fit us all. There were toys for the pool and some for the beach along with a beach wagon and chairs. Location, accessibility, options, and a clean space was all we could ask for and we got it! It was a great vacation!

Wonderful stay!

Stayed at this house with my family (husband & infant) + friends (husband, wife and their two kids). The home was the perfect space for us! The setup was great- with our favorite space being the living room/ dining room area where we could all comfortably hang out, enjoy breakfast & dinner, play games or watch TV. We chose to heat the pool during our stay and so glad we did - since the temps were cooler than usual.. we still got great use out of the pool! The fenced in backyard was huge for us too- since we had two furry friends with us! The location of the home is PERFECT! Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, etc. The Dollar General located at the corner of the enterance of the community- was great for grabbing needed items. Host was always quick to respond to any messages / requests & very accommodating! So much as to have something dropped off at the house that wasn’t in my he house. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect House

The house is just as described online. Great communication from the property owner the entire stay. Walk to the beach is short. The pool is so nice. We heated it and the littles in our group stayed in it for as long as they could each day.

Great location and pet friendly

We had a lovely stay at this home which was pet friendly with fenced in yard for our dog, nice and clean, great neighborhood, safe, short walk to beach and restaurants and great for walking. We had a great time and will book again.

I didn’t like the house because it was dirty

unfortunately It was not what we expected for the cost of this property we found cockroaches ,rat poop I didn't have trash bags I didn't have napkins the house was not clean. She accused them of losing control of the garage door so as not to refund anything, her response was funny, wanting to reward $100 dollars for everything we mentioned to her and looking for an excuse to make a dispute and not make any refund. We also we have a lots the pictures.

Paradise in Destin!

This property was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, the pool was AMAZING, and the owners were easy to communicate with. There were 9 adult females in our group, and the place could have fit even more. This would be a great location for couples, families with young kids, or adults. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Great location and the perfect house

You can walk to the beach, the store., beach bar/ restaurant and right in your own backyard for the pool. The neighborhood is adorable and communication with management is effortless. Very nice people. The house itself is perfect for two or ten. Lots of thumbs up!

Thanksgiving Break Trip

My family of 5 plus our dog stayed in the property the week of Thanksgiving. The property was spacious and VERY clean. Short walk to the beach, centralized to fun things to do with the kids. Host were very communicative, we were very happy! Will definitely be back.

Best vacation home we’ve stayed at

Jerry and Liron were on top of everything. They really made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. They responded right away if we needed anything . The house was spacious, clean and really felt like home away from home. The beach was just a short walk. We all enjoyed our stay very much.
