Beautiful home and location!

The house was in beautiful shape, the neighborhood was great. Being able to take the golf cart to all of the nearby locations was perfect. The golf cart was slightly broken during our stay but we were still able to use it. Communication with the team was great!

Our favorite get-away

Seamless process. Love this house we’ve stayed at for at least 10 years. The boys love fishing the ponds and the Bay. The girls love the pool and shopping. Great house for our family and friends to get reacquainted every summer.

Serene stay!

Beautiful home in a great location on Sandestin property. Management is very prompt at communicating and more than accommodating. Thank you for an awesome stay with my family of five! All my grown boys had plenty of space to spread out.

Our favorite place

We have stayed in this house for years and years. It is our very favorite place and I hope we’re always able to come here for a small break from our chaotic lives. The house works perfect for our two families. The boys love the pier and ponds for fishing and the girls love the uncrowded pool. We take the golf cart for back to school shopping and hardly have to take the car out.

Annual Adult trip

Let me first say the communication I had with Rusty on the rental was awesome. The house is beautiful, golf cart is a plus but a house that has 4 bedrooms but only has room to park one automobile, they have a garage but the golf cart sits there to charge, mind you we had 4 adults travel from different locations so to find out that parking was going to be a nightmare made for a stressful vacation. Some of the local Neighbors that were there staying at their home were not very nice either. Needless to say while the commutation was good, the house was beautiful, the parking stress was enough for me not to rent in this area again.

Beautiful home! Fabulous location!

My tennis group and I enjoyed our stay so much at this home in Fairmont Heritage place! Rusty was so wonderful to work with and so accommodating! Since we did so well in the tournament, we get to come back next year and we will definitely look to stay here again!

Ever since our family found this place, we will not rent any other property in Sandestin. Professionalism the entire way through the transaction. Incredible house, location, golf cart. This place has it all. We will be back.

Our favorite week of the year

We've stayed in this house for many, many years. Always a great time with no problems. You won't find a better property. Our guys love fishing off the Inspiration Pier and we all love the Inspiration Pool. The golf cart is priceless while staying in Sandestin and so helpful for our back-to-school shopping we always do while we're here. Can't wait to come back.

Enjoyable Stay

The home was beautiful with plenty of room for the 8 in our party. Location was good and everyone enjoyed the community pool and amenities at the club house. The golf cart was nice which made it fun to get back and forth to the beach. There's a lot to do in Sandestin and we hope to be back in the future! Thanks for sharing your home!

Great place to stay with the family.

Spent spring break here with the family. We had a great time. The house was awesome. The pool and club house were great as well. The golf cart that came with the property made it easy to get to the beach and wharf town quickly and conveniently. The property manager was great as well. Very responsive and checked in with us during the week. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

The absolute BEST in Sandestin!!!

I have lived in Sandestin now for 4 years, and this unit is the BEST there is!! You can walk to the bay, to baytowne for food and games, lots of activities for kids and adults too. It's right on bay, and backs up to private golf course. The management was so sweet and accomodating. This is THE PLACE to stay!!!

We've stayed in this house several times. Never disappoints. Husband enjoys fishing the ponds and piers, daughter and I enjoy shopping very close by. Good time for everyone.
