Beautiful Home in Quiet Neighborhood
The house was perfect for our needs. Cute and clean as well as in a beautiful neighborhood. We took the golf cart to the beach and Baytowne Wharf. Kids loved it as well as adults.

Daughter 16th bday trip
The place was very clean and tidy. We even had enough towels and didn’t have to wash any. Having the golf cart made it much easy to get around. You could just stay at San Destin without leaving if you like too, they have everything. Shopping, beach and market. I like it was just a short drive to the beach which was just across the highway through the tunnel by golfcart. We even tried to fish in the pond, but the turtles liked trying to get our bait better than the fish. The only dislike I had was I got a message saying the AC would be changed. We weren’t there when it did. It was raining hard that day and we noticed when we got back our golfcart cover was off and the tire block had been removed from the golf cart. They was kinda awkward, not sure if maintenance did that or not. Also on the app it gives you password for Wi-Fi which was incorrect. I messaged letting them know but never got a response, luckily I noticed 3 days later on the information sheet that’s placed in the kitchen had the correct password. Over all our stay was great and I’d stay again at fairways.

Perfect trip!
We had a wonderful time staying here. Drove the golf cart to grocery shop, get coffee, go to the beach and pool and visit the village. Honestly if my little one would have let me, I never would have left the house. The porch was so relaxing. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great stay in Sandestin
The house was very comfortable for our family of four. It was nice to spend time in the screen-in porch and on the back deck overlooking the pond.
Everyone had a great time riding the golf cart around the property. It's only a quick (and fun) five minute ride to the beach!
The property management app was helpful and check in was very easy.
Would definitely stay here again if visiting Destin.

Bed!!!
The house was wonderful, very clean and modern. Only complaint is the king bed. It is awefull. Horrible!! It is extremely hard, cheap and uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on the hard floor. Please upgrade the bed.

Love this place!
Wow... beautiful property! Great communication with property management, the app made everything easy for check-in. Also had great information about Sandestin and the area. The golf cart made it easy to get around the resort.

The House on Audubon
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The House was clean which was utmost at this time. The back porch and deck were very nice and peaceful. A 5 minute golf Cart ride to the beach was easy peasy. We hope to return in the near future!!

What a wonderful get away during COVID
We really enjoyed our stay! This place is just lovely, everything is as appears on the website. We had my 80 yr old mother with us, and we were very comfortable in this villa during COVID. The only disappointment was that the golf cart did not have lights or turn signals. We were notified us this prior to check in, however it was a disappointment to not be able to use the golf cart to explore Baytown.

Family getaway
My 8 year old had so much fun on the golf cart. We loved exploring all the trails, playgrounds and amenities. The house was clean and adorable. The property manager was very helpful after our internet went out in a thunderstorm. I highly recommend this property for a carefree vacation.
