Girls Get Away

Quiet and relaxing, but close to restaurants and shopping. Roomy and clean. Management is quick to respond if you have questions. Would recommend considering this rental.

Spring break getaway

This place is exactly as listed and the golf cart was a nice bonus to get around the large resort. We took advantage of the heated pool which was nice for us adults who wouldn't get in the ocean because it was chilly.

Great house for a get a way!!!

The house was very clean with plenty of room! There's a nice deck in the back that goes over the pond if you're into fishing. We caught some nice sized bass during our stay! We will definitely be coming back!

This home is the perfect getaway, especially for two families. The accomodations were perfect!

We really enjoyed the property. It's the perfect getaway place and it has everything we needed. Also, the maintenance team was great. Had issue with sink and the fixed it right away. Perfect location as well! This is my 2nd stay at the Sandestin Resort and I can't wait for the next visit!

Last Florida trip of the year...

Property was nice and cozy...didn't know it was located in a resort...love the gated entrance, feel very safe...the golf cart was very convenient to ride around the resort or to the beach...our party had a blast and will probably be coming back ...

Nice House

The house is nice, and the Sandestin area has a lot to offer. Rating of a 3 for these reasons: * Had to call day of my arrival after check in time to get check in instructions. * We only had a working golf cart approximately 2 days of our entire vacation. Golf cart is a game changer for transportation to and from beach and in neighborhood. * House is nice, just could have been cleaned a little better, and maybe there should be a few cleaning supplies left there- especially with a glass top kitchen table. Location is nice with the pond and dock in the back yard. We had a great vacation despite the minor hiccups.

COVID safe senior trip

We enjoyed the property. It was in a. Quiet spot away from people. The house was nice and pretty clean. There were a couple of things that needed repair- but it is obvious they are working on updating it in between guests. We spent a ton of time of the multi level deck, and I loved the fact I could close off the upper floor. It was like a separate area for my husband and I. The golf cart was a huge plus! The teens loved it and took off on it as soon as we got there. The access to the things In the resort was amazing as well. Our kids were 17 and 18 there was tons of things for them to do between the beach, 2 pools, the warf and the marina. Plus the nature trails and jolee island, which is also on the resort. I for sure will be back!

Nice updated condo

The condo is really nice and in a great location. The only issue we had was the upstairs bathroom shower wouldn’t get hot water but I think by the second day they figured it out. The stairs are steeper than we were used to but overall it was a great stay with plenty room!

Beware of raccoons living in attic!!!

Although the property was beautiful and seemingly perfect, our stay was ruined because a family of raccoons is living in the attic! While the scratching and thumping was heard throughout the house, the noise was so disturbing we couldn’t even use the fourth bedroom because our daughter was scared to sleep in there due to the strange noises that could be heard over the tv and fans. We specifically rented this house because it is a four bedroom but could only use three. We notified the rental company about the issue the first night we were there. Someone did come the next day and said they thought it was probably a squirrel and mentioned moving us because animal control wasn’t available for a few days. We were never moved, no one ever even so much as apologized. The only person we were able to talk to was from the after hours number who essentially told us someone would call us the next day but we never received a call from anyone from the rental property. I did finally receive a text on the third day saying animal control would be out the following day; however, they didn’t show up until the day before we left and told us at that point it was a raccoon and her babies. Unfortunately our trip which was supposed to be for rest and relaxation turned into a nightmare and we had to go home to get the rest we desired. Our family has been going to Wild Dunes Resort in Isle if Palms SC for 15 years and have never had an issue trying to communicate with management, they actually always go above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We wanted to try somewhere different this year but after our experience we will be going back to Wild Dunes next year! I do not typically leave negative reviews but I don’t want anyone else to have to deal with this issue. I know animals are unpredictable but moving our family could have been the least they could have done to ensure a nice stay.

Good home, spacious, and good property management.

It was a good experience. When we got there, the golf cart had a flat tire, but they sent someone to fix it within a few hours. It was a very fast response. The furniture was somewhat worn in the living room and a little soiled but not enough to make us uncomfortable. It was a nice stay. We would definitely stay there again.
