Property was very clean and very homey. But the rooms were a little smaller than I expected. But they were very comfortable.

Walking the beach every day, the spectacular views from the deck, and strolling along the boardwalk to Pascalli's were just a few of the highlights. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Hosted a Super Bowl party for some friends and had great pizza from Pascalli's.

We enjoyed being able to just walk out our door and be at the beach, and we loved the great beach views from three levels inside the house! This property was further down and closer to a younger crowd. The year before we stayed at Frangista Tide and I believe I prefer that location better. However, the stay was very nice. The cocktail pool heater had to be replaced but management was very helpful and quick to get it fixed. Frangista is an amazing place to experience Destin.

Great spot!

10 adults ranging from 70s to 12. Parents/Grandparents, adult kids and their adult kids. Some single, some married, one expecting - all had a great time. The splash pool didn’t get used (but interesting). The community pool was very nice, but didn’t get used either. The beach was wonderful, the umbrella set up and owner’s umbrellas and chairs were great! Non-stick Pots and pans were really scratched up - I bought an inexpensive set and left it. Use plastic utensils! The grill was great. It was all a very nice vacation - room for all! The back yard beach was perfect as were the decks! We had a great time - thanks! Beach was not crowded!!

House is overall nice! Beds were comfortable! Nice location. Washing machine broke while we were there, but the rental management company was VERY good about getting it fixed and helping us out with washing some of our stuff in the meantime! Living room furniture (couch and recliner) was NOT comfortable. Kitchen needs updating. Bottom floor bathroom has no counter top because of pedestal sink which makes it hard when traveling. Otherwise, great place!

The House was very dated and was over due for many of the appliances, Kitchen utilities and TV's would be great if they were smart TV's. We had to purchase a Roku to use apps. You could tell it was a rental for sure, due to heavy signs of usage. But overall it was satisfactory.

The house was clean, cool, and had a decent stocked kitchen. I liked the fact that when I called to ask questions someone ALWAYS answered the phone and was pleasant. The office was in walking distance to the house. Being able to use the elevator was a blessing because we had a 3-month-old and an old, small dog. Thank you for that!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect. You walk down the steps and you are on the beach. The area was close to everything. My issue with the house is it can definitely be cleaner. The showers had black mold in the corners and there was hair left on the walls. The kitchen cabinet where the trash can is located was broken and wouldn’t close all the way. The house really just needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. If those issues are addressed I would definitely stay there again. Overall we had a great vacation!

The house was great and met our expectations, but I do have a few suggestions. The family room furniture is not very comfortable. The pool needs new plaster because it stains everything that touches it white. All the TVs were smaller than expected. Otherwise, all was great. Plenty of cookware and kitchen utility. Beds were all very comfortable and the extra beach towels were appreciated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week here with all of our children and grandchildren. The property was right on the beach and close to the community pool. Other amenities were all around us. We appreciated getting a text informing us that our unit was available a little early, allowing us to enter and begin our fun week. The unit was clean, cool and everything was in working order. The townhouse was a duplex, but we never heard any noise from our neighbors! During the week, management was very prompt and professional in resolving our questions and issues. We appreciated the phone calls we received during our stay just to check on us and make sure everything was okay. Our only negative was that the living space was a little small for 11 people and the street noise was a bit loud late at night and early in the morning.
