The house was perfect and very clean. It housed all 14 of our family members perfectly. The owners were fantastic and very helpful and extremely responsive for questions that we had. It is close to the beach and plenty of attractions. I would recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Miramar

Family Fun

We were first generation of our family and 2 grandchildren. Boys. We all enjoyed your house.There were ants on the front and back and front porch. Made sitting out there worrisome. Other than that all was fine.

Absolutely Perfect!!

We had 15 people in our group, stayed for a family vacation. The house was great, location was great (about a 7 minute walk from the beach, so we got our steps in which we enjoyed). It was very clean, we felt right at home! The beach was pretty crowded, as to be expected for early June! We made sweet memories and would definitely book this house again!

Family of 12, so much room. Beautiful and clean in a perfect location. Owners are awesome and you can reach them instantly! We had an amazing stay and made precious memories to last a lifetime! Thank you!!!

Perfect spot for wedding reception

We had 11 adults stay comfortably and about 18 more friends over a small reception. Beautiful home. We grilled some fish. The owner was readily available. The only suggestion is tell people coming over to Uber or Lyft. Not a lot of parking. Also, rent a golf cart. Much easier to get around Miramar. We all loved the house.

Great stay!

The house was very clean and had plenty of room for our family. Loved that there was a bathroom for each room and the open concept of the kitchen and living room. We will definitely keep this place on our list of vacation rentals!

Absolutely great!

This house was perfect for our group, we were a group of friends with our little families had a few kids 5-7 yr old, and the rest adults, we all fit so comfortably it was like it was made for us. Every bedroom had a private bath which was perfect for the privacy of each little family and allowed us all to be comfortable and not have to wait on others just to get a shower in! The beach is walking distance and the wagon was so useful to help get our things there, we actually brought one of our own wagons as well so we had one for the beach needs (extra chairs, bags, toys, floats, etc) and one for the kiddos to ride in so that worked out real well!! Kitchen was one of my favorite spaces, we cooked a couple dinners the nights we didn’t go out and it was really spacious, had everything we needed for cooking, and was nice and open for us all to interact together and dine together. Owner was responsive, always kind and helpful! ABSOLUTELY recommend this house we will definitely be back again.

Would DEFINITELY go back!

Amazing property and property team. Chris was awesome to work with accommodated us checking in early after cleaning was done with no extra charge. The property was extremely clean and well kept. Tons of space and sleeping arrangements worked well as each bedroom had a bathroom. Within walking distance of shopping, beach, etc. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful home and great location

Me and my family had a great time hanging out at the beach house in Destin. It’s in a great location that is walking distance to the beach. The property owner was great with communicating and answering questions. The only thing I did not like is the parking which is limited. Since we had cars coming and going I parked my car at the pool while we were there and left it at the pool during pool hours for not very long and the security supervisor guy had my car towed saying it was abandoned. He was somewhat hostile and rude when we asked him to explain why we were towed during pool hours with our kids coming and going to the pool all day. It put a damper on the end of our vacation but we still had a good time. Just beware of the toy cop security guard that harasses the visitors.

Awesome accommodations

Very nice and very clean. Lots of space for a group of 15 including school ages kids. Bedrooms are a nice size for families with small children. It is very convenient to the beaches, restaurants and golf courses in the area.

Incredible! Absolutely incredible!

Everything about this house was incredible. Open concept with so much room in the kitchen to cook with all our family with people sitting at the stools and at the table to all chat with. The living room was in sight, so the whole group could be together. All the bathrooms and bedrooms were beautiful and convenient for our group of 16. It is an easy walk to the beach and the pool. The neighborhood and area was great if you wanted to leave and go out for dinner or drive to the boardwalk. The owner is great if you have any questions or need anything. She was very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to go back with our family.

More space than we anticipated!

Our family (3 generations) stayed at this property to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. Covid made us pivot from our original cruising plans and we were so happy to find this location. Our first impression was, "Wow! This home is spacious!" Not only did we have lots of room to come together, we also had plenty of room to spread out. We were especially thankful that each family had their own room and bathroom and even a separate bunk room and bath for the teen boys. Chris was easy to reach and communicate with when we had a few questions. The house was so clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Everyone in the family from 72 - 7 enjoyed their stay!

Convenient to Beach and for Groups

Chris was very accessible and answered questions prior to our stay in a timely manner via text. He let us know when the maids had left in case we wanted to check in early, which was very helpful as one of our group had arrived early. The house is great for groups with a large common area on the first floor that was well stocked for dinners/entertaining. The house was an easy walk to the beach - recommend a wagon if you are taking coolers/umbrellas, etc. Beach was beautiful and we enjoyed it even on an overcast/rainy day. The listing is clear on the number of cars (4) and if you have more, you will need to park away from the house as it is right after the gate to the community and street parking there is not possible. There are also bunk beds in one room and would not recommend an adult sleeping on the top - they seem to be made to withhold a child only. I'm 135lbs and did not feel comfortable climbing up. Not a complaint, just a good thing to know when planning where people can sleep. Overall, good property and great host who asked for feedback directly after we checked out (appreciated).
