Excellent house

Everything was great and the house was large enough for the whole family to stay under one roof. Check-in and check-out were simple and house manager was super easy to get in touch. The house had everything we needed for a enjoyable family vacation.

Family end of summer getaway

Beautiful house and great location

The house was so beautiful and clean. The 2 golf carts were great for traveling back and forth to the beach. The manager was super nice and texted to make sure everything was going good with our stay. I highly recommend this property for your next getaway!

Wedding

House was perfect for our family. Our daughter was married on the 27th at the Henderson Resort and the location of the house was perfect. The house was clean, the property mgr was available for questions and handled any issues we had, and location to the beach was easy. We had an amazing time!

Excellent for large families

Spacious Unit & Exceptional Care from Coastal Retreats

Our family had a wonderful stay in this unit—it offered plenty of space for everyone and was the perfect home base for our trip. We loved the community amenities, from the heated pool to the Green Egg grills, and the convenient location made exploring Destin so easy. Having golf carts included was a huge bonus and made getting around a breeze. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service from Coastal Retreats. They handled every detail of our booking seamlessly and went above and beyond by checking in with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. We highly recommend both this unit and Coastal Retreats—you’ll be well taken care of!

Everyone was happy!

All ages from 10 up enjoyed the stay. Heated pool is across from home. The 2 golf carts were perfect for our large group. As described. Bring your own salt/pepper and seasonings. We will return!

Amazing

This location was perfect for everything we wanted go to do. It’s close to shopping, beach, and restaurants. This location would fit any family for a getaway. Please take a look and book this home if you will be in the Destin/Miramar, Florida area. Rooms were amazing. The only downside is the water pressure wasn’t the best and there was no tub but other than that I loved every moment of my stay. One other thing, there were no oven mitts either.

Birthday Trip

LOVED this property! The house was so nice and accommodating to all of my guest. I normally stay at beachfront properties but with so many people staying with me it was a little further out from the beach than I’m used to, however having 2 golf carts made it a breeze to get to the beach! There was ample parking for everyone that drove in, the pool was so convenient, and location over all was perfect. Alex was a great host and answered any questions I had quickly and efficiently. I would stay here again in the future!

Family reunion

We had a great time, location and amenities were on par! The unit was a little more worn than anticipated based on the pictures. One golf cart continued to malfunction. They were quick to respond with concerns of the unit and golf cart. However we did not get a fully functioning cart until our last day. Overall, I would do it again!

An Amazing Stay!!

We had an amazing time at Coastal Retreats' rental "Feelin TipSea" The accommodations were amazing, comfortable and convenient. We had (2) golf carts that got us to the beach daily and plenty of room for our large extended family trip. The clubhouse was directly across the street from our rental, which gave us access to a large pool, big cabana, grills, stocked pond etc. The rental had oversized rooms, all which had its own bathroom/showers. It also had fun bunk house, and arcades and air hockey table on the 2nd floor that the kids loved! We had a minor issue with the hockey table but the team at Coastal took care of it right away! Awesome responsiveness and communication. Everyone was happy with the stay and would recommend to family & friends!! Check it out!!

Great place to stay!

We just returned home from a week at Miramar Beach. Feelin’ TipSea was a perfect fit for our group of eight. We had plenty of extra room to spare. Everyone enjoyed having their own king size bed and attached bathroom. The kids loved the game area upstairs in the evening! They also enjoyed the pool right across the street. Proximity to the beach made going back and forth super simple. Just a short two minute golf cart ride or easy walk to Pompano Joe’s access & parking lot. The house was very clean & well-stocked. Publix, WinnDixie & WholeFoods were all close by. The house is centrally located between the Harbor in Destin and access to 30A beaches/towns. The owner was easy to reach & very helpful. We’ll definitely be back and would stay at Feelin’ TipSea again!

Family Vacation

The property is great, it is beautiful. The pros: size, amenities, and golf carts Cons: floors were absolutely disgusting. Like when we walked in for the first time everyone’s feet were black. We had to have shoes waiting by the shower, no one could go barefooted and that is hard with kids. It needs to be professionally steam cleaned. Everything else was very clean. Check in and out times you lose a day each way, but we could use the facilities waiting until 5 PM to check in. The bedroom listed with 2 bunk beds is not a room, it is open to the entire second floor.

The house was perfect for our four families. We had a total of 6 kids with us, the youngest was 3 and the house was perfect. Kid friendly and safe! We had an amazing time. I called customer service, and they fixed the problem we had the same day and was very responsive and professional. I will definitely book this house again.

Great Family Vacation

This house worked very well for our extended family vacation! There was plenty of space to spread out, and the kitchen was well stocked for large group. The golf carts were a great addition to get back and forth to the beach each day.
