Perfect Beach Access Home

We enjoyed our stay at this beach front home. We loved having the beach so close and this home provided everything we needed during our stay. The rental agency staff was always in touch and helpful with everything.

Nice Property- Conveniently Located

This property suited our group of adults - family- well. The house is very clean and comfortable. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything one could possibly need. Beach towels were provided, as well. The beach access is great. The plunge pool on site is a nice touch. The community pool 2 blocks away is close and very nice. We had a great stay and were very pleased with this property.

My only complaint is that the bunk room doesn’t have a bathroom on that floor to use, so often it’s shared with the second Master Bedroom on the bottom floor. Overall though it’s a great property, nicely kept up/clean, good furnishings, and has amazing views & proximity to the beach!

The location, being directly on the beach, was fantastic. The home was large and spacious for 4 couples and 4 children. The kids loved having the bunk room to stay in. Everyone was already asking if we're going to book again for next Thanksgiving.

We were a group of eight adults and six children ranging ages from 9 to 16 years old, and never felt crowded or cramped in any of the spaces. The overall unit was exactly as described, the unit was extremely clean, and the furnishings were in bed were excellent. We were so excited and satisfied with the unit, that we have already rented for the same week next year.

Great Family Vacation In Miramar Beach

We stayed at the Frangista Finale property this year. Like all our previous stays, this condo on the beach was awesome in every way! We enjoy coffee and Bloody Marys in the morning on the balconies before heading to the beach where our complimentary chairs and umbrella awaits. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and near restaurants we come back to each year. This property was very clean and comfortable. We will be back next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another wonderful family vacation in Miramar Beach. The Frangista properties are always clean and well kept. We always know the Frangista staff is there if needed. The beach is amazing and we’ve always been fortunate with perfect weather. We stayed in Frangista Finale for the 2nd year in a row. King size beds in all the rooms was nice. One suggestion would be to put a dresser or some way to store clothes in the rear 1st floor bedroom. We look forward to our next year vacation in Miramar Beach.

Perfect for Us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When my wife went on hospice, we decided to book a last-minute "grand finale" trip to our favorite beach. This house was perfect for us. Enough room for our daughters, granddaughter, and a friend to join us, down the beach from our favorite restaurant, and even an elevator so my wife didn't have to climb the stairs. The management and maintenance staff were prompt and professional. If you like to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins, you might want to bring some comfy, folding chairs because the dining set on the 2nd floor is great for meals but not as comfortable for wave-watching. Other than that, our week was just perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place and property manager quick to respond to ?,s. we had 11 guests so 5 bedrooms and 4 adequate bathrooms it was perfect for us. Appeared clean except ne bathroom we did find hair in shower which the person using didn’t report to me till our last day so too late to notify property manager. elevator is inside 2 of the bedrooms and the exit to beach is in lower bedroom as well but we managed fairly well. well stocked though some scissors and tongs that actually worked is needed. we fit 2 suv’s and a Buick LaCrosse in drive easily. we had tricks beside us that kinda oozed into our area a bit first few days so one of played traffic guard during blind backing out into the road. all the restaurants we frequented and stores the local workers weed were so friendly and efficient. traffic was bad from 5pm-12am
