  • Esta casa bien decorada y ajardinada también cuenta con pisos de madera, chimenea de gas, reproductor de CD / sistema estéreo con altavoces al aire libre junto a la piscina, ducha exterior, parrilla de carbón y cerca de privacidad.

    Solo un cómodo paseo hasta una gran playa pública con baños, estacionamiento y el restaurante Pompano Joe's. Motos de agua, parapente y otras actividades de playa disponibles a pocas cuadras. Nuestra casa está cerca del área de golf y tiendas de compras. Tenemos una piscina privada en el patio cercado, con un porche para disfrutar de cócteles al atardecer con patio contiguo con área de parrilla, mesa y sillas. La casa se presenta excelente para el entretenimiento con gran sala, chimenea y TV de pantalla grande. Nuestra cocina está totalmente equipada (como en casa) con una gran barra para comer con capacidad para 4. Nuestra casa tiene 3 habitaciones con capacidad para 10. Una habitación King, una queen, Kids cuenta con 1 litera, con una doble en la parte inferior y una doble en la parte superior. También hay una cama queen y doble y una cama Aero de tamaño completo.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had the best time with plenty of space and plenty of privacy. I would love to return every year and this be our new location to stay.

My family of 4 had a fantastic time at your home. They kitchen is fully stocked. There's plenty of towels, beach chairs, and toys. You don't need to bring anything but maybe a wagon. The pool is beautiful and the lights for at night time were great. We would definitely come back and plan on staying here again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Our family included 5 adults, 4 year old, 2 1/2 year old, and a 9 month old. We brought mattresses for the 2 littles to sleep on the floor in bedrooms and had plenty of room. The pool was a hit for everyone, we were in it every day. We walked to the beach the first day then rented a golf cart for the other days. Easy walk to the beach, but we bring alot of items for the beach so the golf cart was a big help. We cooked all but 2 meals and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved not having to do anything except wash beach towels before we left. Great communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again!

July 2024 Stay

Love this property. We stayed here years ago when our children were younger and now we went back with our grandchildren. The pool was a big hit and the location is awesome.

Beach House

This is our third year staying at this property and it feels like our home away from home. Great location, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful backyard and an awesome pool! The host is great to work with and very quick to respond to questions.

Great family vacation!

The house was very nice and clean! We loved the private back yard and big pool. It was perfect for kids of any age. The house was stocked with plenty of extras that made our stay extra comfortable and convenient. The owner was great to work with. No issues with this property. Great place to stay!

The home was beautiful and spacious, the owner provided many useful items for our stay. We rented a golf cart to get back-and-forth to the beach. The walk is doable but hard when you have children (and buckets, umbrellas, beach bags, etc.) to carry. The home is well organized. The pool was very enjoyable. We had a great stay!

This property was perfect for my family and I. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the room of the house. Exactly the way it appeared online. The cleanliness of the house was exceptional. Would differently stay at this property again.

The home is awesome and extremely clean and has everything you could need. The location is perfect. The pool is plenty big and beautiful. We rented a golf cart and used it daily for the short trips to the beach but it's just a few blocks away so can easily be walked. The host has everything labeled making everything a breeze. It was a perfect week. If we ever make it back to this area we will definitely try to stay here again again.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

We had 6 travelers with us (2 adults, 2 teenage boys, a preteen girl and a 5 year old) and the house was perfect for all of us! Came with every kitchen item you would need for the week, all the outside pool toys you could need and all of the equipment you would need for a beach day. Location was perfect, short drive to entertainment or great restaurants and an easy walk to the beach! Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing week away! We will be coming back for sure!

All the Goods!

We really enjoyed our time in Miramar! This home has all the goods! It’s comfortable, spacious, and full of amenities. The private pool, beach chairs, and towels are all nice extras! The kitchen is fully stocked! And the owner tries to make sure that your stay is enjoyable and not a bunch of work for you as the renter! I highly recommend and would stay her again!

Another great stay!

This was our second trip to Destin and our second time renting this home. It is everything you see and more. The home is immaculate, the pool is incredible, and the owners are kind and responsive. Great location with everything you could possibly need. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the ocean. We will be coming back in 2024 for a third trip!

Great outdoor space, kitchen and master shower. Host provided beach chairs, several beach toys (we didn’t use), extra trash bags,and a lot of shower soap as well as minimal items you would find at other rental places. Owner was quick to respond to questions/issues. Couches were uncomfortable and beds were much softer than we were used to.

Comfortable and Convenient

VRBO home was very nice. It had most everything you would need for a week away. Location was convenient to the beach and included beach toys, chairs & umbrellas. Plenty of amenities for cooking/grilling at the house. We spent lots of time in the backyard pool. Would love to go back to this area of Florida in the future. Communicating with the owner was very easy. Definitely recommend this property.

Amazing house

The house and pool were amazing. We enjoyed going to the beach in the morning and coming back and spending the afternoon at the pool. It is a short walk to the beach. We thought about renting a golf cart, but didn't. David was great and checked on us during the week. He had the house stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at this house.

Summer Vacation

The home is lovely! We loved having the pool and the neighbors were awesome as well. My only complaint would be that the housekeeper was still there when we arrived and was there for an hour after arrival. Dirty mops and water were left on the porch. Also, the host was kind of rude about the trash. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Fun week in the water

Our family stayed for a week in April. The weather was not great, but the pool was very comfortable and the kids were swimming every chance they got. The house was plenty spacious for four adults and two kids, and would have still been comfortable with a couple more. The location worked well for us, we like to explore from Destin down to Rosemary Beach. David was very responsive. The first day we arrived there was heavy rain and some interior water damage which David had someone come and clean up very promptly. The house is very well stocked with beach gear, toys and towels. We'd be happy to come given the chance.

Great House/Location/Pool/Host

Had a wonderful time. Clean, fully stocked with paper products, plate ware, flatware, towels for bath and beach. Pool was heated and plenty of space. We felt like we had our own oasis. Everything is labeled, which was a great help for kids and parents alike. If you don’t understand how something operates/functions, it is not due to a lack of instructions/helpful hints. Which were great for local places to visit as well! The prep done by this host made for a seamless, great outings, no questions needed vacation for 12 folks for 7 days. They truly have it down to a science. It was all pretty amazing in my eyes.

Beautiful Home

The home was as beautiful in person as the online pics show. The back yard was gorgeous, the pool was crystal clear, clean and warm. The backyard furniture, in particular, was of high quality and quite comfortable. The kitchen held all the things (pots, pans, utensils, serving bowls, etc -ie everything) we needed for meal prep and good family time. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Cable TV was great, wifi worked well, washer/dryer was convenient and useful, and interactions with the owner were always quick and decisive. Getting to the beach was easy. We hung out at Pompano Joe's on the beach a lot. 5 stars. Worth the price of admission.

Beautiful House

3 families stayed at the house for a week for a family reunion of 50 family members. The entire family rented 7 different houses including a very large house with 10 rooms. Everyone agreed this was the best house of them all. The house is meticulously decorated and cleaned. The furniture and furnishings were of the highest quality. That included all the furniture around the pool. For instance the pool furniture was extremely comfortable and sturdy. The TVs have all the movie channels for relaxing inside on rainy days. The homeowner is very responsive and friendly. We did not realize that most of Miramar Beachfront is private, but this house is 2 blocks from Pompano Joe's which is where one of the public beaches are located. That beach access point is very well maintained and has all the accommodations you would need. I highly recommend staying here.
